Horrible location, understaffed all the time ,year round every year. We push for peace sits around and do nothing either on... there phone or flirting with females. Also seen selling drugs to the neighborhood kids. They let people steal and terrorizecustomers and employees. People ask for money everyday in the parking lot and get aggressive.High crime and theft location.Gunthreats all the time. There is no customer service here at this location. Not enough staff and majority of the people dont wantto work there. Cashier always on there phone or yelling across to eachother. No welcomes or thank yous here.This place andneighborhood has changed alot since it open in 2008. Read more

They have groceries. I need groceries. They have some individuals, working there a long time, who are always polite, and kind.... That being said, today, 11/22/22, around 4:30 PM, I requested a manager, several times, and, they refused to come speak with me.And, I may be wrong, but, I don't think the self service cashier.could have cared less, if I left a satisfied customer, or not.My receipt says, Hurby McDaniel is the store director. My manager bought me a gift card and today I went there for grocery shopping. I went to hot food place and was just asking if... they accept gift card, since I never buy hot food with a gift card. The elder lady there gave me an attitude and didn?t want togreet me at all after I asked about if they accept gift card payment. She said there?s never anyone ever ask that with anattitude. She was talking to her coworkers about it, but duh I can hear it. Like seriously? It is wrong by asking it? No, ifyou don?t know. After I paid my food, I said thank you and leave. This store's management are a bunch of clowns. 1 out of 4 self checkout registers operating and only 1 cashier on duty? Guess... we'll just put 4 employees on monitoring the self checkout lane instead. Expect to wait 20 minutes to actually pay for yourstuff and leave. Unbelievable. Read more

That old cashier (african American)with the glasses that was working tonight Oct 8 2022 at 825pm needs to be fired. I don't... understand how yall hire ppl that don't understand the job. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work a cash register or dealwith a customer. This brand rang up someone's whole cart thn had the sit to the side while ringing up other customers then whnit got to me inline she decided to finish with the person she set to the side which left me in line for 30mns with one person infront if me because she didn't know what she was doing yet she had nerve to be mad and have a attitude that I removed my thingsoff the line and went to another line. Not knowing the next person inline that she unprofessional vented to was with me. Smh.Yall need to do better hiring ppl. Read more

Lazy and rude employees. Went to self checkout because lines weren?t long, as I was checking out, the chicken I bought I... realized it had no barcode. I requested for help on the screen and waited patiently. There were employees walking around and Itried to wave them down but nobody came. I waited for 10 minutes. I just gave up and was planning on leaving my items becausealthough I no longer wanted one item I was going to pay for the rest, the screen still needed assistance approval. People behindme were started to get upset. I started bagging in hopes to get someone to come, and as I was walking towards the bagging areaan employee comes. She says to me with attitude and raised voice ?Why would you leave I was comin!?? I said to her I waitedpatiently for 10 minutes while nobody came. She rolled her eyes and said she was with a ?customer?. There was no customer shewas helping unless that?s their new way of saying she was just busy walking around. Read more

Bit delayed in giving a review, but shoutout to Shawronte T who was an excellent cashier a few weeks ago. Her voice was loud and... clear, which honestly thank you, because I'm a bit hard of hearing due to my tinnitus. It just sorta made my day that I knewwhat was being said without asking to repeat for once. Thanks especially for helping me with the button to move my groceriesforward (I'm used to it automatically doing it so I honestly thought I broke it somehow and was so relieved when she told me howto move it), and giving me clear instructions how to get the Holiday fuel rewards deal. ;^; Wishes upon you, kind lady.
