Everytime we try to do an online order they are out of something. They won't substitute for anything else. You money is already... taken out of your account, and they can't do a refund there. You have to do it online, and it takes days to get your money back.The store was good when it opened. Now it's gone to hell. Read more

Who even owns part of this franchise that would have such a dirty nasty place as Little Chute Taco Bell it's disgusting. Most of... the time they're out of everything it's been almost a year since I've been there I decided to go and give it a try one moretime. I sat in line behind four cars waiting to order I finally get up to order and they tell me they're only taking Uber ordersonly. I couldn't even believe it. Second time I've been here since moving to the area. Messed up both orders along with 3 orders from other customers while I was... waiting. And I waited 10 minutes for 2 tacos. Won't be coming back since the manager offered to give me sides of what they hadforgot instead of making my order correctly. Go to the one on Richmond instead. This one is garbage. Read more

Ordered food online at 9 pm. When we showed up at the window they told us they were out of soda, ingredients to make doughnuts,... and they were out of ingredients to make any tacos or burritos. This has happened many times before because the employees insidedon?t want to work so they turn people away. I know this because they told me on a different occasion that they stopped sellingMy Cravings Boxes and yet I managed to order one online the next day. First I was told no orders could be taken at the time I came up to the drive thru at 11 even though they are open till 1 am, as... a couple employees were hanging out in the parking lot with a girl with a child. This happens a lot here. When I let them knowmy order was placed online that changed and one of the employees went inside then and made me sit there for about 10min to getmy two tacos and chips made. I was told there was no Cinnabons for my order placed and I couldn't be refunded for it since Iplaced it online so I said I would take a bottle of water instead after being offered the twists in replacement which I don'tlike. I got my food, no chips, no Cinnabons, I got my two tacos and some cinnamon twists I didn't want..... so basically missingtwo items I paid for and got something I said no to instead of the chips I was supposed to get. This all is not uncommon forthis taco bell, refuse to take orders late at night, seem like they are all high, and mess up almost every one of the orders...Not sure how they are still in business and I feel sorry for the owners for having these quality of employees. if you're hungry for the love of god don't go here. EVERY time I've been there after work there is a problem no beef. no... chicken. only have soft shell tacos nothing else. this most recent time I went through the drive through and they told me theywere only taking delivery orders and mobile orders. so I would have had to drive behind 4 other cars and replace a order on myphone. I absolutely give up. wish I could give em a 0. they've been closed at 4pm before randomly too. get this place outtalittle chute. PLEASE. Read more

I have never had such terrible service before. I ordered at 9PM and they showed they were preparing my order and to head to the... store. When I get there, the whole building was dark with cars in the parking lot. I checked Google hours and it showed theyclosed at 10pm. I saw people inside, so i went to the window and after waiting 20 minutes (with cars behind me), an employeecame to the window and said I had to cancel my order. I told him I didn?t create the order on the app and only used the website.He said well there?s no point to drop the meat because they close in less than an hour and closed the window. I?m currently out$30, so I call and ask for the Manager the very next morning. She said, ?Well we were closed because we?re short staff and thatI would have to call customer service.? I said they should of had a sign, canceled the order, or update their Google hours. Sheproceeded to tell me well, it?s not like I can just give you money put of the cash register so I?m not sure what your want me todo. This is not the first complaint about them closing early and now I?m just out $30 with no refund. Read more

Food was cold, the photo is of a nacho bell grande, this is pathetic, dried out beans, cold cheese just plopped on. Cinnamon... twists were undercooked and almost broke my teeth, chicken quesadilla wasn?t melted, bean burritos were cold and dry. Absolutely horrible!!! Read more
