Tom's has always been one of my favorite places to eat. They still have reasonable prices especially when it comes to something... like the family bundle. You will get your money's worth! They have a large menu and fast service inside as well as thedrive-thru. I have never had an issue with workers or the food. Definitely a place to try if you haven't been there. Read more
If you're looking for a made to order burger thats consistently good and has a home made feel to it, Tom's is your place. It... feels like home town tradition. Their cheese curds are always super crispy and crunchy on the outside and melt stringy goodnesson the inside. If you get fries, you better remember to get a side of their tartar... literally we've ordered extra for at home;it's got to be some of the best in the state. Tons and tons of options for ice cream treats and so many flavors it makes ittough to pick. It's a staple favorite and so much better than any of the big chain fast food burger joints. Was a nice friendly greeting. Most food was good and hot. Only complaint was the 2 perch sandwiches 2 people had Both said not... good. More coating then perch. Liked the perch they had about 3 years ago. Wouldn't buy perch again. Read more
I have a slight peanut allergy. Today was the second time I received Snickers instead of Heath in my chiller. Not going back.... Luckily I'm not deadly allergic. I would give zero stars if I could. The wraps and other food is delicious but not worth takingthe risk. Read more
They've really been dropping the ball lately. Today my chicken wrap smelled so bad I was afraid if I ate the chicken it would be... trying to fly the coop later if you catch my drift. I upgraded my fries to onion rings. My medium onion rings had 3 onion ringsin the bag! 3!!!! How much did I pay for a medium of 3 onion rings! My ice cream hasn't been mixed lately so the candy is justconcentrated in the middle. It's sad when even my toddler that eats literally everything wouldn't eat the chicken. Nothing great about the place. First time going and probably won?t go again. Got a burger- no one else was in line, we had to... wait, yet my burger wasn?t warm (cheese didn?t even melt). Fries were okay, overly crunchy for my liking and lukewarm (almostlike potato chips). Overall, pretty pricey for what I got. Mac and cheese bites were good though. Read more
Customer service could definitely be improved for sure. Food wasn't to bad but in my opinion was over cooked. Not horrible but... not my top 5. Read more
