I highly recommend this tim hortons if you like long waits, mediocre customer service and getting the wrong items in your order... :) Very slow service, staff is generally kind however they spend a lot of time talking to each other (about things unrelated tocoffee, donuts and customer service) and the tables/bathrooms are often dirty. They straight up ignored a customer for 10+minutes who was standing at the cash register and they took over an hour to fulfill a mobile order we placed during a time thatwas not very busy. From start to finish in drive-thru, order took 11 minutes. I waited 4 minutes for my order to be taken, and had to re-order 3... separate times. I ordered 5 coffees. I received 3 at the window, as they had deleted the other coffees for no reason. When Iasked about the deleted coffees the answer was "Sorry." Bad experience, would go inside and be VERY clear about your order. Read more
I went through the drive-thru today and was served by Hillary, who I can say was extremely friendly and had great mannerisms. I... have been there in the past where people have been short and don't say thank you and a very abrasive. It?s so nice having this Tim?s location on the island. Staff are hard working and friendly. Hundreds of people were on their way... home from the long weekend today, and all the staff were doing their best to get the hordes of impatient and ignorant customersthrough. Always inconsistent with their coffee. It's either to strong, to weak or to sugary. Most nights my boyfriend goes there around... 9, 930 pm and they have hardly any food left. I understand you only serve lunch until 10pm but this shouldn't be an issue around9pm if you advertise you serve until 10pm and close at 11pm. Your cooks have a full hour to clean up after your advertised lunchend time. Another issue is the cooks consistently mess up the order and i dont get the extra bacon i am paying for. Tonight wasthe last straw. Very pleasant new location. I love the new tradition of hockey stick door handles!! And how about the "See you tomorrow!" sign... on the way out, holding my farmer's wrap and strawberry chill for the traditional afternoon snack on Manitoulin. Now I know I'llbe back for breakfast !! Read more
