I feel bad about this. Just tonight was so bad here. None of the wait staff were doing a good job tonight. At all. The two... managers were just running around and clueless. The guy who was seating people should be in the back doing dishes as he didn?tcare to be seating people either. The food was good but poor service really ruined it tonight. Between having to constantlyask for refills, silverware, napkins, the food to be reheated. It was just bad. It sucks the Frisco location closed. I willhave to go to McKinney from now on. Read more

Went and got two steaks ordered medium. Sent the first one back due to both of them being raw. By the time we received the... second round of steaks, the person we were with had already long finished her meal (which the manager commented asking why shereceived hers so early not realizing we had to send ours back). The second round of steaks were more raw than the ones before,forcing us to send it back again as it was cold to the touch. When we received our steaks for the third time, they were the samesteaks we had previously cut into. They has clearly just been thrown back on the grill and our broccoli and mashed potatoes hadbeen tossed in the microwave. At this point, the other person we were with had finished her meal 30-45 min prior so I got mymeal taken to go. When we received our bill, we received no compensation until I asked if there was anything they could do forus. From there, we received 10 dollars off. Less than half of what we paid for the steaks alone. I never am someone to send foodback, much less write a review, but this was just ridiculous and made me feel like a Karen despite me and my fiancé justwanting medium cooked steaks?. Read more

First time visit at this location. I ordered the Southwest Chicken Bowl online and the order was well put together and... everything in it was fresh and flavorful. This was a day I didn't feel like cooking and I was glad this salad was worth themoney ($13.00). I actually couldn't finish it, so i ate the rest the next day and the flavor was even better than the firstbite. I'll definitely order in the future.
