McDonald must do something about this place terrible with customer service. Came in for dine in but put our foods in take out... bags instead. No tray or no explanation. Also NO call out for order number when it is ready for pick up when dine in. Nogreeting in beginning and "just nodding" at us when order ready. What is even in customer service class when hiring or fromMcDonald franchise rule? What is the customer satisfaction??? These employees have bad customers service and are very mean after I say in this drive through line over a hour all I wanted to... do was add on a drink with my order I will never come back to this location or visit any McDonald?s this is really ridiculous. Ispend too much money with McDonald?s to be treated like this and the wait time that I waited is over ridiculous. For the time Iwaited I should have gotten a free drink. Went to pick up lunch today at 11:20 today, and I ordered and told them what I wanted and then pulled up to pay and they asked... me yet again what I ordered, and then pulled up to pick up my order they asked yet again what I ordered. Then they asked me topull up and park to wait until they bring it out to me, when they brought it out to hand it to me, I asked if it had what Iordered in the bag, the lady said yes rudely and sorta shoved it into my hands while in the car. She acted like she didn't wantto be there. Very rude and bad customer service if you ask me. I loved this McDonald's, but not at the moment. I might driveto a different one from now on, and I live in the area. Hope this helps people. Read more
Went tonight and was shorted two meals, given two raw burgers. The burgers were covered in onions even though we asked for none.... This location has messed up our orders so many times. Do not recommend this location. Read more
McDonald?s is known for their cheap prices for fast food and this place is no different. Ordering on the McDonald?s app offers... even more great discounts as well. However, this location does get busy at times and waiting at the drive through can take acouple of minutes. It price is important to you, this place is great. If quality of service is more important however, I wouldweigh all options. Read more
Worst place ever. My parents have my kid while I have Covid. I was trying to buy them lunch through the app. Whoever answered... the phone hung up on my mom and on me. Then he demanded I come in for the food and infect restaurant. When asked if he was themanager he left the phone call on and put in on counter because I heard everything. McDonald?s you really need to step up onthis location. I will go further to a McDonald?s if my daughter wants a happy meal again. Read more
It's a hit or miss at this location. Best advice I can give is if you go inside because the drive thru is full be prepared to be... ignored. How long you stand there without giving your order will depend on how hungry you are. Quite literally it is up to youto get these guys attention they WILL NOT look up to acknowledge you (or the large crowd gathering in the lobby). Once you getsomeone's attention they will say "you can use the machine". It's like a real world hunger games lol, best of luck everyone ???? Read more
