Coffee is pretty good but what was very awkward was when I was in the drive through and the associate brought the credit card... holder out of the window to see if I wanted to leave a tip. Something about this just rubbed me the wrong way. I?m all fortipping but if I?m just coming through to crab a coffee and a sandwich..I think it?s ridiculous for me to pay more for you to doyour job. Great customer service, fantastic attitudes from the employees every time I go. It's not the closest coffee place but I do not... mind making the drive for their delicious drinks. Their blenders are so good, hot and iced coffees are also amazing. They arehappy to give recommendations if you aren't sure what to order. Everything bagel sandwich is sooooo tasty, highly recommend. First time here and I loved the blender carmelicious drink. Wow! A little strong on the coffee taste but still quite... delightful! ????. This was my very first time and when I pulled up I informed the lady on the other end of this and she told me to take my time.... This made my heart smile. When I drove to the window I apologized for taking so long and she reassured me that it was fine. Ishared with her that I was in the process of weight loss and had just spent an hour and 39 minutes at the gym. She clapped forme. Not only did I appreciate her being patient with me but her encouraging me and cheering me on literally made my whole day.I?m so mad at myself for not getting her name but she has a genuine smile and really long and beautiful dreads. Please give hera raise and continue to do right by her. She has the IT factor for customer service. Really great green tea match smoothie aswell. I will be back because of her. Read more
Yes it is better coffee than the competitive famous brand but it is not consistent i mean it depends on who makes it to you so... you will not get the same quality of drinks every time unless you go to the same person but if you are lucky you will definitelyget the best coffee Read more
