The smoothie I ordered had so much cocoa, it was impossible to drink. I called to let them know. They said it was hit or miss... for that particular smoothie. Hit or miss what? Drinkable vs. Non-drinkable? I told the young lady that I was unable to go backuntil the next day. I heard a sigh, and she asked when will I return. SK has lost its touch on the Watermelon Hydration drink. It is not worth the price when its icy consistency is no better than a... 7-11 Slurpee. I've had 2 occasions at this location and same at the Aubrey 380 location. The Prosper location still has itright. Read more
Customer service was not good. Employee by the name of Joseph was mouthing off about my wife while my kids were still inside... because she forgot something in the car and had to go back. She wasn't holding up the line and she ended up leaving a tip. Not agreat impression on little ones, especially since they go there for a treat once in a while. Read more

Usually a great smoothie experience, just not today. 3 people working, 1 mopping, the other 2 at the counter. None of them... greeted me upon entering, 1 of the 2 at the register just kept doing what he was doing like I wasn't even standing there. Iasked for Xtra peanut butter in my smoothie as I always get, didn't get it. I had to go home, pop the smoothie in my own blenderand add the peanut butter myself. Not on their "A" game today.
