Usually a great smoothie experience, just not today. 3 people working, 1 mopping, the other 2 at the counter. None of them... greeted me upon entering, 1 of the 2 at the register just kept doing what he was doing like I wasn't even standing there. Iasked for Xtra peanut butter in my smoothie as I always get, didn't get it. I had to go home, pop the smoothie in my own blenderand add the peanut butter myself. Not on their "A" game today. The smoothie I ordered had so much cocoa, it was impossible to drink. I called to let them know. They said it was hit or miss... for that particular smoothie. Hit or miss what? Drinkable vs. Non-drinkable? I told the young lady that I was unable to go backuntil the next day. I heard a sigh, and she asked when will I return. She was not ugly but clearly lacked communication skillsand understanding. I wasn?t yelling or insulting her. I just wanted what I paid for. Read more

SK has lost its touch on the Watermelon Hydration drink. It is not worth the price when its icy consistency is no better than a... 7-11 Slurpee. I've had 2 occasions at this location and same at the Aubrey 380 location. The Prosper location still has itright. Read more

Customer service was not good. Employee by the name of Joseph was mouthing off about my wife while my kids were still inside... because she forgot something in the car and had to go back. She wasn't holding up the line and she ended up leaving a tip. Not agreat impression on little ones, especially since they go there for a treat once in a while. Read more

Came here a few days ago- service is great, and all the workers are so kind! Wish they had better COVID precautions. I saw... several patrons without masks, and once the mandate lifts tomorrow, I?m worried it will only get worse. There are no shieldsseparating work stations from patrons. Worried for the safety of the workers and for nasty germs to get into thecups/ingredients/etc. Everywhere else has shields, even most other smoothie king locations I?ve been to! You?d think thislocation would have caught on by now. Disappointing. Read more

I am a frequent customer and usually have no complaints but yesterday 6-13-19, I walk in with my kids and I see another customer... sitting in a chair with his filthy, dirty shoes propped up on one of the tables. I was taken aback at this because I sometimessit with my family at these tables and put my smoothies on them. I?m just wondering why no one on staff said anything to thisgentleman? If I was the owner and saw this, I would be hammering this guy for his lack of awareness and manners. Read more

Big shout out to Little Elm Smoothie King....I always forget to do their surveys from the tickets. So I'm going to brag on them... here. The staff is always so friendly. When they are busy, their attitude never changes, actually I think they get happier,haha. The staff seem to really love their jobs and it reflects. My 2 year old daughter is their BIGGEST fan. She usually gets astandard Kid smoothie, but yesterday she wanted just blueberries. It was requested and they made it happen and she was overexcited about it. We love our Smoothie King!!!
