We came after a softball like we have for weeks. Tonight was HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE!!!!! We waited 30 plus mins then the... order was WRONG!! They took our bag of food then 10 mins later brought it back still not right???? So we just took what we hadand left We have been UNHAPPY the last 3 times they have been BAD but tonight was HORRIBLE we normally spend 15-25 eachvisit???? would like a refund or something and we will be going to a different Sonic not ELDORADO AND FRISCO STREET Read more
I'd give 0 stars if possible. Hit call button, after 5 minutes I moved to another one, nothing, people leaving left and right... without orders, after almost 15 mintutes here to include my rambling, Im off to the next location at Main. Not sure what in thehell is going on with this location, but mgt. better wake up and get their store back on track before it turns into a taqueria.Which honestly, is probably for the best. Read more
2 stars was a gift only because the location USED TO BE better than this. When we moved into this area, this sonic was great.... Quick service and correct orders. Everything you should expect with a friendly attitude. As of late, the service has been veryslow and even a few times we were turned away because no employees showed up for work! I understand the hard times for everyonebut to not have employees show up means something is seriously wrong with management. My most recent visit, I found a spot andpressed the red button. After waiting over 13 minutes just to be answered, the screen reset and told me to press the buttonAGAIN! That has never happened before where the button timed out. So I decided to leave without the milkshake and sonic blast Iwas going to get. I am disappointed that this location has gone downhill like this. I will mention the 1 employee I did seetrying to get all the orders out BY HIMSELF. while the other employee I could see watched this young man do all of the runningorders. Read more
Wonderful always happy after getting off late from work sonic is open ???? has Scott take care of my food tonight and he was... wonderful! Everyone here is very nice and professional. Placed an order on the app ahead of time for 1/2 price drinks. Ordered it for "ASAP" time frame. Live just down the street and... was there within 5 mins of ordering. Once I arrived I waited about 6-7 minutes for my order of 2 drinks w easy ice and an orderof mozzarella sticks. The drinks had no ice, literally not one ice cube. They were also flat as could be, almost no carbonationat all. The hardest thing in fast food is apparently understanding what easy ice is. And the mozzarella sticks had no dippingsauce. This isn't the first time something like this has happened here. 3 items ordered, 3 items served incorrectly. I try togive the benefit of the doubt but seems like a trend at this location. Read more

Came ordered food in less than 10 min food was out we were on our way.great service. We haven't been in awhile because it took... to long for food like 45 min .but now a 180 quick and polite service recommend for quick bite. Read more
