I do a mobile order pick up here almost every morning. It?s always ready to go when I get there and the team members are... literally the nicest I have ever encountered at a Starbucks. They actively go out of their way to start your day on a positivenote. Every time I walk in I?m greeted with a smile and good morning. Sometimes someone is complimenting my outfit sometimesthey?ve written a cute message on my cup. The energy is just always so positive and I look forward to stopping by each day! Read more
They messed up my order for the 10th time today! I just let it slide each time because the staff is always sweet & nice. But... multiple times over the last few months, they've been adding regular/dark chocolate instead of white chocolate to my WhiteChocolate Mocha. I hope the baristas are trained to double-check more. It?s like the scooped out my cold foam or they barely put any. Disappointing, I pay extra for foam to not have it.
For a quick coffee or to get a quick bite, Starbucks has always been the place for me to go. My favorite order at Starbucks is... a Caramel Frappe with a cake pop. The staff is friendly and the wait time is reasonable for how busy this place gets during theevenings. The only downfall is this place does not have a drive through so you would need to go inside to pickup your order. Read more
Come in here all the time but today's experience was the worst. While taking my order the young lady was talking to her... colleagues and of course when I get my order, it's not the right one. The tables were sticky and whole store looked unpleasant. Did I mention that I waited 10mins in an empty store...Management should look into this Read more
Went here today while I was in town for work. MacKayla at the counter made some excellent drink suggestions, helped me save some... $$$ with the app, and let me use their impeccably clean bathroom. Everyone behind the counter was radiating good vibes. Wish Ilived in the neighborhood because this would be THE Starbucks on my morning drive. Thanks y?all. Read more
Unbelievably poor service. I just ordered an Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte-Venti and they completed orders for everyone except mine.... I politely asked if the barista had an order for an Iced Pumpkin-Latte she said, no but I can make it for you, and then sheasked "what did you have?" I replied, "what? Nevermind then proceeded to counter and asked for a refund. Next, out of the blue,the barista facing the back wall says with a loud voice..Pumpkin Spiced-Latte for Pam" I replied, "oh now you call me?" Thisservice was an absolute joke! A group of 3 Hispanics came in after me and was served quickly and by the way, I am an AfricanAmerican and everytime I visit this Starbucks location, there seems to be some type of delay with MY order. I'm usually quiet,polite and professional but guess what, this will be the last this location will ever get a single dime from me, and your spicedpumpkin latte tastes "Awful" ????
