Sad to say, I was disappointed with our order. Our sandwiches were literally thrown together. Classic roast beef and cheddar-... the only thing that covered the whole bun was the sauce that was EVERYWHERE. Barely a dab of cheese and the beef only coveredhalf the bun. At these prices I expect my sandwich to be properly assembled. Do better Arby's. We don't do fast food very oftenbut when we do, you are one of our favs. Read more
So for dinner last night I had a French dip sandwich would have been nice if I could eat it's if I could eat it like it was... supposed to be 8 unfortunately the bread was ripped on the bottom so when you went to dip it all the meat fell into the dip howhard would it have been to get another piece of bread bread to fix the problem I'm not going back to that arby's again Read more
Quick. Ordered 5 meals for people and everything was correct. Everything was hot and fresh. They ONLY missed ranch but that was... partially my own fault. If they ask if you want sauces in the bag, be sure to mention any you asked for again to double check.But, it was perfect! They got the other extra sauces. Didn't mess anything up. Friendly service. Food ordering went well. Hot food was correct and good. Employee at pick up window gave wrong beverages. Did not know what size... beverages to give with value meals. Seemed to lack knowledge of everything. Said he was new. I know places are short staffed butsomeone certainly should have been training this kid in. I would say it is a management issue. Read more
Not real big on fast food but when I'm traveling and need food I always look for Arby's because it doesn't makes me sick. I... actually like their roast beef with Swiss. At this Arby's the drive-thru was so friendly, which is not unusual for an Arby's.Yet this place seemed a bit more friendly than usual. Maybe a little extra happy staff! Read more
Had never had the fish sandwiches here before today. I am totally impressed by them! Hands down the best fast food fish... sandwiches I've ever had! About equal in price compared to the other's offered, but you'll be back if you haven't had them yet. I've been frequenting Arby's for decades and now have another favorite to choose from! Read more
Edit I left an unfair review and updated it. Orig below. I returned today and ordered the brisket again and of course loved... it. Everyone has bad moments. Mistakes happen. I regret I wasn't able to show more Grace. But I really wanted that brisket.???? Orig below..... Working from out of state. Went to the drive-thru ordered a smoke brisket sandwich. The receipt clearlysays smoked brisket sandwich $5.89 what I got was some thing with two pieces of chicken tender and a tomato and lettuce.
