I am a medical transportation driver. My client has stopped at this Taco Bell Monday through Friday for the past 2 years off and... on. Her appointment ran long today so we wouldn't arrive at taco bell until 11:02am today on Tuesday, September 20th. My clientgets a breakfast crunchwrap which is only available on the menu until 11:00am. I tried to order through their website at 10:40amto place a pickup order, but the app would not let me as it said breakfast closes at 11:00am. I was placing my order at 10:40am.No problem. So instead I decide to call into Taco Bell for my client, and asked if they can make this item for her as we willnot arrive until 11:02am. She told me she would not take my order over the phone, and that they purposely close their app at10:30am for breakfast (then change the time online to 10:30am) and would not take our order anyway possible, unless we are therebefore 11:00am. I asked if I arrive at 11:02am if she would allow us to order. She refused and said I need to arrive before11:00am. For a company who we have supported daily for years, we were completely caught off guard by this. The manager Tim wasnon apologetic, and was not willing to help at all. His exact words are "we close the app at 10:30am so people don't order andthen arrive after 11am. We have to throw out the breakfast food at 11:00am" but if we are paying before 11:00am, before thebreakfast items are thrown out, where is the issue? My client has requested to never go to this Taco Bell again, which is veryunfortunate. This all could have been easily avoided. Read more
I orderd a number 6 and a big burrito. When I got home and looked in bag I HAD NO BURRITO!so I PAID FOR A BURRITO BESIDES MY 2... CHLUPPAS AND ONE TACCO PLUS UNSWEETENED TEA AND I HAD NO TOCCO!!!
