Tried Razza?s in Jersey city and Aquila in little falls in the same week. The pizza is similar In many ways Razza?s slightly... bigger diameter. I found razza?s to have great flavors, but the crust too thick and too burned. Aquila had great dough goodcrunch and thickness of the crust and overl good flavor, however, I would like to feel a stronger taste and freshness in thesauce and ingredients perhaps a bit more salt samething that would make the flavor pop up more. This is my review of these twoplaces and believe it?s comparing apples to apples of the Neapolitan style pizza in nj. Both a try and a great experience. Read more
If you want fresh brick oven pizza then this is your place to go to!!!! My gf and I lived so close by I can't believe it took us... almost a year to finally check this place out. The pizza was just absolutely amazing!!!!! It's byob and cash only so don'tforget that. Service was amazing as well!!! Plus reservations is highly recommended but nothing to crazy. They also do take outof you don't want to dine in. Read more
I love everything about Aquila! Jerry and his crew serve up some of the best pizza in NJ, are super friendly, and do it in a... BYOB space that manages to be both lowkey and intimate. The non-pizza items on the menu are also excellent. Read more
No pizza place is good enough to be CASH only AND reservation only. I came here once won't be back again after spending time... traveling to get there and be turned away. Especially after calling, no answers, and voicemail says reservation needed for 5+people. Website also makes no mention of cash only and reservation only policy. I've never heard of this for a pizza restaurantno matter how upscale. You take reservations? You should accept card. This isn't 1999. Read more
Pretty good pizza and very nice service. Love that it's an BYOB. Now on our favorites list when we're close to the mall.
Been here 8 or 9 times and never disappointed the specials are amazing this week clam pizza owner is on site and is an amazing... pizza maker. This is my go to spot for a great meal with some wine (BYOB) meatballs are incredible. Service is always on , lotsof room so it make a pleasant experience. Read more

So it is tiny, you need reservations, limited menu and it's tucked away, but the rewards are beyond expectations. This is the... real deal with all handmade fresh recipes & ingredients. We've done take out before but this was a dine in. I cannot recommendthis place enough for all it delivers. Read more
