Very dirty. I'd chalk it up to poor management. We wanted to sit down and eat but every table in the place was dirty.
Do not ever go to this location. Terrible service and incompetent employees and managers. This is the worst McDonald?s location... ever. This place really deserves a zero. Today was the last straw. Went through drive thru. I ask the lady at the pick up windowafter she hands me a bag, is this everything? She answers with a smile, yes! So I leave and when I get home I find that I?mmissing things. This is my fault this time as I should have learned from the many times this happened before and I should havedouble checked the bag. I call them and ask for manager and she just yells at me that it?s my fault for not double checkingafter knowing this happens all the time at this location. So she even knows this happens all the time but they do nothing tocorrect the issue. She just yells at me and hangs up. I repeat, do not go to this location. They don?t care about nothing. Read more
Avoid this location, they sold me an extremely undercooked burger, it was close to raw on the inside.
Very busy restaurant but they handled it well. Only thing I would change, and I may be a McDonald?s rule, there is no access to... ketchup unless you ask someone. During lunch, that can be a tough ask? otherwise great. Read more
amazing. this place is amazing. they do breakfast like pros! Their burgers? forget about it! I would host my funeral here. And... I'm not exaggerating. I come here everyday. ordered 2 burgers with just mac sause- got 4 with ketchup. ended up with 8 burgers somehow. sprite tastes yuck. barbecue sause-... rancid. if you are craving sprite like i was bcs i was yelling too much at a harry styles concert and had sore throat. don'tcome here. wouldn't recommend. we ate one burger but i swear there was 8 Read more
I go to this store often enough but 99% of the time through the drive-thru. So just like every other time sat in line got my... meal parked. 1st burger (grilled cheese with ketchup) but I was hungry so I was like whatever it happens. I opened 2nd picturedbelow again no meat. So I went to go inside and door was locked because it was 1115pm I get it . They waved me around to thedrive-thru window motioning opposite way of traffic so thought that soon was open nope. Luckily someone was walking out so I wasable to get in. Then while speaking to management I said I rather just habe a full refund for one being told to stand in a verybusy drive-thru and now being difficult. Management refunded the 1 burger that I brought in. I asked for a full refund. Greatway to listen to the customers needs. Read more
