Ordered from drive-thru on 8/31/2022 at 8:30pm (Order# 340642) and the cashier (Laury A) got everything right on the order as... instructed. Issue was with my 2 Cheesy Bean & Rice Burritos, I ordered both with extra Creamy Jalapeno Sauce but both canwithout any in them. I've had several issues with my order in the past, with items missing or instructions missed so finally hadto leave a review. Read more
Great experience. Plenty of parking. Ate inside you can order yourself on a computer, I chose to order with a real person. They... had numerous Pepsi drinks to chose from, and also has sweetened and unsweetened Lipton iced tea. The tacos and quesadillas weregreat, fresh with quality ingredients. Workers aren't trained properly on how to make the food. Mistakes on every single order, no matter how simple. Here's my spicy... double beef burrito. It looks like something off a dollar menu that's missing 75% of the ingredients. No beans, no jalapeños,no chips, and worst of all, missing the other 50% of the meat--hence the name double beef. Lately it is always something with this Taco Bell!!!!! My order lately is either missing food or the food is wrong and if I?m... paying extra for something I expect it on my food!! Also if you mobile order they either make you park for over an hour or makeyou go inside for 3 thins when you ask for drive thru for a reason!! You guys really need to do better!!!!!!!!! Usually have good experiences with this taco bell. But the workers are just getting lazy now. I ordered 4 soft potato tacos and... was given 3! With the fourth one stuffed with tomatoes. The service and the sheer attitude of this action shows howinconsiderate some workers are at taco bell. Now i?m forced to check my food before i leave. Read more
