Quick and friendly service!!!! I love their delicious coffee, their pumpkin pie is delicious...my favorite, their oreo and... chocolate chip Frappes, their delicious egg, cheese, sausage, and their bacon and egg McGriddles, spicy McChickens too!!!! Mybabies love their chicken nuggets, french fries, and their chocolate shakes too...our go to, favorites!!!! Update- received a call back from the owner and he's denying any responsibility. Told me it's the city's fault, but then said... they may say it's in fact his fault. Still trying to figure out what to do!! Ughhh Damaged my car pulling into the place. Thecurb needs to be cut. I will not be going back. No matter how slow u go (I've basically stopped!) It's still a whopper to goover. So upset right now my car's wheel is squeaking!! The fries had no salt and the only words the guy said to me at thewindow was the amount I owed. Seemed crabby and bothered to be there. Rest of the food was great! 3 dbl cheese, 1 big Mac, 2filet of fish, large fries, and strawberry shake were delicious! Was just told I couldn't order burgers because they're cleaning the grill at 9:35 when they're open until 11
Mcribs were so yummy and barely made it home lol! Staff was friendly, store was clean and I enjoyed talking to the other... customers while we waited for our orders. Can't wait to go back for more! Read more
Stopped last night for dinner. We stood in line behind 4 other customers waiting. Someone came out and took their orders and... left us standing there without a word. They were a little busy so she may have gone to help in the back. Another employee toldher we were waiting and she said to him "they are fine they can wait" rude considering she has never even said I'm sorry I'll beright back. We stood there a few more minutes and watched her hand the customers their orders. She still said nothing to us asshe walked in the back again. Waited a few more minutes and walked out. Today I went to the drive-thru and there was a sign that said the intercom sensory system was not working to say hello and... somebody will answer you. So I said hello twice?.and waited a min?So after not getting a response I drove up to the secondwindow, when I got there I was greeted by a lady with short dark hair and blondish highlights on the top with piercings?well i?mnot entirely sure it was a greeting but she open the window and told me that the intercom system was not working and I explainto her that I understood that that I saw the sign and that I had said hello twice?. She said the gentleman will take my orderand that he was at the window but I would have to drive all the way back around which I could understand that if there waspeople in line waiting there was absolutely nobody in line behind me?. So in reality she could?ve just taken my order because itwas quite simple?.But that wasn?t the part that really bothered me after she stated what she had to say she rudely slammed thewindow and walked away never waited for a response for me. Well I?m sorry I didn?t appreciate as a customer being spoken to youlike that so I guess you lost business for that day for me maybe whoever is above her should have a conversation about her rudeattitude towards customers!!!! I wouldn't exactly call it fast food.... But the lady that tended the register was very sweet. I would give her name but there... is no name or identification on the receipt. Food was good and fresh. Read more
Stopped into this location on 11/30 because i was in a rush and its supposed to be fast food. It was very slow inside. I stood... in line behind no one for 10 minutes until the drive-thru lady pointed us out to the other women who already noticed us but keptus waiting. We proceeded to wait 5 more minutes before deciding to go to kfc/taco bell in herkimer because nobody evenacknowledged us. Read more
