I normally go this particular wingstop location on a regular but lately the service and quality of food is just not the same... anymore. Two weeks ago I ordered an 8 piece lemon pepper wings all flats well done. Needless to say when I got home I only had 6wings. I called and spoke to someone not even a manager and was told that I would be credited back the funds, since I opted tonot return for them to remake my order. Well I'm still waiting on my refund. I guess I won't be going to this location anymore.It's a shame. Sometimes I guess it worth it to take the drive elsewhere where I know my food will be right. Read more
This was my first ever visit to a Wing Stop. I had their Original and Korean BBQ flavored wings with their Blue Cheese dipping... sauce and fries. The fries were really weird in that they had some sort of sweet flavor added to them as well as salt. That waskinda gross. I get the contrast between salty and sweet is a basic idea of adding flavor to food but that's what sweet potatofries are for... or also ketchup. The service was nice but it took quite a while (about 15 minutes) to get my food. My visitwas around 10 pm and there were two customers waiting before me. I could see they were also handling pickup orders. The wingscame with very little batter on them but a good amount of sauce but a lot of that sauce seemed to have pooled in the bottom ofthe paper that both sets of wings rested upon. Not having much batter can be ok sometimes but the lack of batter in this casejust made it visually unappealing. It certainly revealed the little resulting bumps from feather removal on the chicken skin onthe wings. Their so called Korean BBQ flavor was claimed to be spicy and sweet but it was mainly just sweet with a hint ofgarlic to me. The sauce was kinda gloopy and gelatinous. Their original flavor was just OK. Ultimately their wings just didn'thave much flavor to me. Also their Blue Cheese dipping sauce tasted like they had combined Blue Cheese and Ranch sauce togetherwhich was rather strange. Since they stay open until midnight I suspect this place might serve well for drunk people who mightnot necessarily be prioritizing good flavors. Read more
Did order online and it was ready when I got there approximately 20 min. Place seemed clean and the price was right, got the... all in one deal. Biggest issue is the food itself, it?s just really ordinary. I could get the same Or better from frozen atthe supermarket. The tenders were probably the best but the fries were kind of soggy and the boneless wings weren?t tasty atall, thankfully the sauce was good to dip them in. Read more
Worst experience at a wing restaurant. Ordered wings via the website. Upon entering the place the employees didn't even... acknowledge we were there. The staff member (who appeared to be underage) proceeded to handle her personal items (her jacket,her drink, etc) and put her ear pods in (touching her ears) and then handled food. Our order was sitting next to her jacket andher drink and wound up sitting there for 30 minutes (we were quoted 13-18 minutes online) before she realized it was ours anddecided to put the food in a bag. In that time she proceeded to pick something out of our fries with her bare hands. She alsodid not have on a mask or a hairnet. When she finally handed over our order I told her the food was cold and I'd seen her touchthe fries. She argued with me that I didn't see her do that and I explained that I'd been standing there watching her prepareall of the orders. I was provided new fries; however, she threw them on the counter and refused to give me a bag. On top ofthat, the wings were cold and tasted HORRIBLE. They were overcooked, some were burnt, and they had no flavor. They didn't eventaste like chicken anymore. The "garlic parmesan" had no garlic and cheap powdered parmesan on them. I have reported thislocation to the corporate office. Not only was the service bad, but they are clearly violating health protocols and COVIDprotocols. This is unacceptable. Read more

I ordered wings today from this place and I should?ve read the reviews first. Wings were extra tiny, dry and almost like day old... wings. The fries were dark from what seemed like old oil and extra sweet? Not going back again, you can get better wings at apizza shop. Read more
THEY COOK THE CHICKEN EARLY, THEN RECOOK AND SEASON. CHICKEN IS BURNED..DRY & HARD AS BRICKS!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE & FOOD!... I purchased a 10 pc. wing all flats extra lemon pepper and cajun seasoning. Get home food is OVERCOOKED! And only 2 flats.. therest drums. I called to complain and spoke to Derek and Kitri. Kitri said to come back tomorrow night and I will give you aREFUND. FAST FORWARD I drove 20 min. today just to get there and told by Kitri "no, no no refund!" She proceeded to give mechicken instead. I said fine but please I want fresh chicken and not over cooked. She passed me my food. I decided to check thefood before leaving. GUESS WHAT?! Its the same HARD & BURNED CHICKEN. I asked for a refund. She said no. I called the cops theywere cool and tried to get me my money or something to compensate but she pretty much told the cops to kick rocks too.
