Very good restaurant. Quality food and service. Attention to détails and just right timing for plates. Calamari is gaver y... good so is clam chowder. Scallops were awesome. This is a great place for steak, seafood, chicken and more. Outside seating is really nice and a super view of the many... sailboats parked there. Reservations suggested durning the high season. We have a place in Cherry Grove. We rarely go to North Myrtle Beach for dinner, because we like the feel of Little River. We... have been to Clark?s twice now and cannot say enough about how epic our experiences have been. The atmosphere and setting aregreat. Johnny (most recent waiter) was the perfect server. He was knowledgeable about the food, specials, and recommendations.He was friendly and stayed on top of things for a busy night. Our food was exceptional. The appetizers (scallops and oysterRockefeller) were great! We had the Filet Napoleon and the Prime Rib, both cooked and presented to perfection. The drinkspecials were also a fabulous choice! We had wonderful meal here with great view, food, and service. Think our waitresses name was Bailey and she was so sweet and... attentive. We had fresh oysters on half shell and Rockefeller style. We all had various steak?s blackened with mashed potatoesand salads. Start to finish all delicious, worth the stop and one of our best meals on our Vacation. The service and ambiancewere top notch. Wonderful dining experience. We had dinner, at the outside bar in the enclosed patio that over looks the marina. Great food,... great views, and phenomenal service. The bacon wrapped scallops appetizer was perfect and the filet napoleon was not onlypresented beautifully it was incredibly delicious and perfectly made. We were able to get seated right away. Julie and Christine tag teamed for Happy Hour out on the covered porch next to the heat lamps and were awesome. Christine... concocted a special martini for my friend that was yummy. She made a skinny margarita for me at happy hour price and it wasfantastic too! Their personalities and attention made the whole evening great. My only complaint would be the happy hour foodmenu is quite minimal and most everything was breaded but in general Clark?s has really good food on their regular menu. Theatmosphere is just wonderful. Attentive service and the food was delicious! Especially the molten lava cake - moist on the inside & decorated beautifully. I... think every entree comes with a croissant so I probably wouldn't get the basket of croissants for that reason. I ordered thehurricane chicken and all was good - I thought the parmesan risotto was a little bland but enjoyed overall. The french onionsoup was good and so was the firecracker shrimp! Food was amazing. Only thing i could complain about would be the steak. For 35 dollars id hope to see a nice crust or some grill... marks on my steak. Besides that there is notbing to complain about. The scallops are to die for. Drinks were pretty great aswell. Read more
