Employees gave me the impression they were prejudice, ignored me whispered to each other and walked away from counter. I waited... a few minutes for them to come back, but they stood at the end of sandwich counter and looked at me then away several times. SoI left like they made me feel like I should. Horrible customer service. I placed a mobile order and after sitting in the spot for 25 minutes and watching other cars come in... other spots and get their food and leave I tried to ask the lady bringing out food if my order had gone through or if I neededto come inside- she continued to walk away and just yelled something about being short staffed. As this was my first timeplacing a mobile order here I was just trying to ask and make sure my order went through but she didn?t care what I had to sayand was very rude. After 10 more minutes of sitting a younger girl came and brought me a completely different order. Had to pullup my order to show what I ordered. Had to wait another 15 minutes. So very tired of going to grab something quick and the food is horrible. My fries were medium warm, my quarter pounder was so... cold the cheese did not melt. The coke was great but sorry I spent $11 for junk! Bring. Back the dollar drinks and I will comeback but not for food Read more

I don't eat McDonald's often but was in a hurry and it was convenient. Ordered a simple combo meal and no special instructions.... Pulled to the pickup window and the female employee did now acknowledge my presence but brought food to the window and stuck itout the window without even eye contact or any interaction. I asked for a sauce, she grabbed them, brought to the window andhanded it out. She had a contemptuous glare and said nothing. I said thank you and drove away with no acknowledgement. Nopositive interaction or thankfulness for business. Felt rude and as if my business was an imposition. Very disappointed. Willtake my business to another franchise that is always courteous, thankful and professional. Read more
I was at the store for 42 minutes, parked in curbside. I got the notification that my order was on the way. I walked into the... store twice & they haven?t even started preparing it! 42 minutes & I left empty handed from an order which was paid for! Youcan?t start my drink but 3 women can stand around each other at 1 register! And say they are short handed!! I will be contactingcorporate & letting them know that you are ridiculous! I didn't go for the wonderful food. I went for something quick, around ten a. m. After ten minutes in the drive thru line, with... literally no forward motion, I had to go. So, this time I left due to time constraints and, never ordered. The good news is thisis the first time they didn't fail to fulfill my order properly. I know people, who want to work, are hard to find. At the sametime, I just can't foresee me wasting any more of my time by trying again. Read more
1 pack of ranch for 3 people eating, and when I asked for more ranch I got attitude from the window worker stating "there is... already 1 pack in the bag". Really??? I just don't understand the attitude for a simple request. I wasn't asking for 15 packs ofranch, just simply enough to have with our meals that we paid for. Please do better Read more
