My boyfriend and I went for a date night and it started out good till the food started coming. We ordered the classic combo for... our appetizer. The chops were cold and stale, then our entrees came out which were the bourbon chicken and shrimp and thechicken breast. His came out good mine came out cold and the chicken was still pink on the inside. Our server was good they werebartending plus serving. So nothing about our experience reflects on the server at all. Also I went to use the restroom while wewere there. They were absolutely disgusting. Overall unless something changes next time we go I wouldn?t go back. Read more
There were zero lights in the parking lot, the sign was not even lit. I wondered if they were closed. I sat at the bar had an... appetizer and a margarita. The bartender was nice enough although he did not ask if I wanted another drink, he just put thecheck in front of me. The chicken wanton tacos were delicious! Read more
I ordered by app and showed up 10 minutes after the app said my food would be ready. I stood at the entrance for 15 minutes... before anyone even acknowledged me, and then I was told my food was just being packaged. Another 10 minutes later, I finally gotmy food. No apology for the delay. No acknowledgement of my wait. Just a here-you-go and they were off to the back again. Worstservice I've gotten in a long time, maybe ever. First time in a while I've been to an Applebee's. I came in with a party of 4 adults, 2 kids, and a baby. We were greeted right... away. One waitress asked us if we needed a high chair for the baby. We did. The sat us right away. The waitress we had took ourdrink order immediately and let us order our kids food before ours. The service was outstanding. The food was pretty good. Mywife and I ordered the Fiesta lime chicken. It was grilled chicken topped with cheese and a side of rice. The rice was good. Mychicken seemed to be a little sour because of the exsses amount of lime on it, but it was still delicious. I had a goodexperience overall and would recommend this place for sure. The bartender was also our server and she was amazing!! She was very attentive and extremely polite. The food was amazing even... though my plate was a bit cold I cleared every bit. No one else had temp issues which leads me to believe that my meal was mostlikely finished first. The restaurant was clean. We will definitely be returning! All of the employees are very professional atleast in our experience. Read more
