It was pouring rain and one other customer in the store. Went in to probably make a $30-40 purchase and was asked to wait... outside. That is terrible customer service even during COVID. Not a good experience. I?ve been twice now. The first time they gave me burnt pretzel bites. This time I went in around 5 (they... don?t close until 9) and they didn?t have any pretzels in the warmer so when I asked if they had more coming out they said nothat?s all they had. I just would not bother walking in. Certainly not if you plan on using a coupon or reward. I went here today to get a reward... one. The staff didn't seem to realize one of them needed to interact with us to take an order. Once they did I made it clearthat we were using a reward. The staff member said a price then walked away. I scanned my card. Then I asked about the price.The other worked yelled from the back"Oh God she lost it" then came up and yelled about me losing the coupon. I said it was fineand started to leave, a pretzel is not worth the work. Then they had me scan again like they were being helpful. However thelecture stated again. I again said it was fine and left as someone else was coming in. Suddenly there was "just a free button"that could have been pressed the whole time. Read more
