Had never been there before but after this I definitely won?t be going back! Wish I could put 0/5 stars. Disgusting.
This place is short staffed sometimes however if you give 3 stars or less you've never worked in an industry when they are short... staffed. Trying to make everyone happy at every given moment is impossible. Just be kind and try to understand that hardlyanyone wants to work anymore.. My husband and I have been here a few different times now. In general, the tables are pretty gross. I've watched the staff bus... tables and never wipe them off, or literally use a rag covered in food. The menus...God the menus are so much worse. Further themanager is just rude. The wait staff have been very friendly, which earns this place two stars. But the kitchen staff are loudlyrude to the wait staff and the overall lack of communication between staff members has caused tasteless or incorrect ordersevery single time we have been there. We have gone 5 separate times now to give it a chance...it hasn't gotten better. Now weknow why it's basically empty every time. Read more
We were in the mood for fish and chips, and we were very happy with the food and service. We did have to ask for malt vinegar... however. You need that, not spicy mayonnaise. Read more
I was just really disappointed with the food. My omelet was in fact a frittata stuck to the skillet that it was served in and... their "breakfast potatoes" were just unseasoned steak fries. They also just reheat coffee from the back when you order a cup.Our server told us in his explanation of why it might be a few minutes until it was ready. The service was good and the facilitywas clean enough, but I wouldn't go back unless a friend wanted to go or I had an amazing coupon. Read more
UPDATE: Just went last Tuesday for happy hour. We were a group of 9 and may have ordered 30 to 40 drinks amongst us and maybe 3... appetizers each. Not one order was incorrect. The waiters and waitresses were pleasant and very attentive. Everything came outin a timely manner and the food was cooked perfectly and hot. I ordered the calamari and pepperoni Flatbread. I will say I didnot care for the Flatbread or the excessive amount of pizza sauce on it, but the calamari was a 10. 4 years ago: Okay so I kindahave given up on bar louies because of such bad service and horribly cooked food at the nlr location but my friend wanted to gofor her bday. So I agreed. We went on a Tuesday night to the little rock Cantrell location and I can truly say the service andfood are 100% better. Not to mention my favorite bar tender here ( very nice lady with long black hair) moved from the nlrlocation to this location. We stayed 4 hours and we treated very well by staff and the food was perfect. We ordered spinachdip, burgers, flatbread, and so many diva martinis ( the are the best martinis I've ever had). They are a tad sweet but are notskimped on the liquor. Nothing was done wrong this night. If your wondering what to try try their $5 burger and fry night onTuesdays. The backyard burger is amazing. Great drinks. Nice outdoor patio seating. This was my first time getting their wings, not bad. My favorite is usually their Cali... club. The fries are always a win and they have great cocktails. This location was nice and clean. Ample parking. Read more
September 11, 2022 @the North Little Rock MCcain mall location experienced negative service with a take out order. I left a... review of that whole ordeal via Google reviews. Honestly I was looking for a generic response to the review (that wasn't whathappened). I actually got a message to leave a contact number. After speaking with a wonderful woman who worked with cooperate.She was expecting to have a conversation with a male Karen (since that didn't transpire). She sent a eGift card to return to BarLouie with hope of a better experience. Honestly that's not the next part of the Bar Louie service. Between MCcain Mall locationand Cantrell they don't have the " Updated system" to process the eGift card as a form of payment. I called a Texas andTennessee Bar Louie, and was told with a smile (over the phone) from the respective managers. A eGift card isn't a problem comeon in and see us. Now I'm after having a manager from the Cantrell location advise me today to email cooperate to fix it. Theemail has been sent. No business should have customers going on quests to have good service and a great experience at theirestablishment. Read more
