Lack of Information regarding the web orders and no clue for the... cashier responded replied ? he do not know how long it will take? after waiting for more than 20mins. This company is so AWESOME! Everything was clean beyond anything I've ever experienced OMG! The restaurant was fully staffed... with polite sweethearted alert personnel! Everything was easy to find but at the same time so vibrantly bright! The restaurantwas completely stocked ready to go for any customer and all the hot/cold food looked delightfully delicious! It smelled soooogood in there! I didn't want to leave it was so gorgeous! I most definitely will be returning very soon! I love this place! Read more
I?ve eaten at this specific location a couple times now, but after my last visit I don?t think I will again. The waiter was... nice, but took an extreme amount of time to bring us out our food and refills. Once we got the food it was indeed cold, meaningit was sitting back in the kitchen waiting to be taken out. It was quite disappointing considering the 40 minute wait time. Used to be a weekly thing for me to come here, but stopped for a while. Went and a sandwich with my friends since one was on... leave, and it was one's birthday. Went home feeling fine, and about an hour later I started throwing up. The sandwich is theonly thing I ate, so i figure it must have given me something. Management didn't even seem to care, much less apologize or tryto make things right. The only reason I say 2 stars is because of the bartender. She was awesome to everyone. *EDIT* theyrefunded me exactly what the wings cost, not a penny more. So I only paid 98 dollars to be served bad meat and miss 2 days ofwork. Wanted Delivery, not available, Choose Take-Out, but too busy. Decided to try Dine-in and sat at the Bar. Watched a To-Go order... get screwed up and asked for the messed up order, at a discount... Was told a Manager would have to ok a Discount. Bartendernever left bar area to ask. Enjoyed the 20 Bone in Wings...until the check came.. More than a $1/wing?? For taking a messed uporder off your hands?? Not happy. Clean store, plenty of parking, but do to the non challaunt air from the server(Bartender whotried to sell us Messed up Cocktails at regular price also) our future visits will be elsewhere. It's a nice sports bar atmosphere. The all American cheese burger was great and my wife loved the Cobb Salad. We'll be back.
