I'm not a frequent customer but normally everyone is super nice and helpful, Juan that took my order at the drive thru, was not.... Pretty rude and not very helpful. As I said I am not a frequent customer so I don't know all the options and when I asked aboutkid meal options, he said "it's the same", that was his answer...???. Gave two stars because my order was right but the guyhanding out the orders wasn't much nicer. Read more

Placed an order via the drive thru tonight. My food was cold and my order was not correct. To make things worse I was given... extra cold fries. I went in to get fresh fries. The young man at the counter took my cold fries, gave them to the cook. Iwatched this young kid dump my fries back in the basket and place them in the grease. Take them out and hand the same container( which passed three folks hands ) back to the counter person to give to me. I asked are these new fresh fries Because theycame back so quick. The Mexican kid who dumped the fries back in the grease yells out yes. I was really angry, I knew he hadjust lied. I watched him dump those fries back in the grease. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Throw items away that comeback into the restaurant to keep us all safe. I did request a refund, I?ll never visit the Otter Creek location again. My goalis to make sure folks I know stay away from this location as well. Read more
