I'm not a frequent customer but normally everyone is super nice and helpful, Juan that took my order at the drive thru, was not.... Pretty rude and not very helpful. As I said I am not a frequent customer so I don't know all the options and when I asked aboutkid meal options, he said "it's the same", that was his answer...???. Gave two stars because my order was right but the guyhanding out the orders wasn't much nicer. Read more

This Chick-fil-A has got to be the worst I ask for a Chick-fil-A biscuit with cheese in a box so the cheese don?t stick to the... paper they give me a catering box you asked for sauces they don?t give you the right amount If didn?t want that I would?ve askedfor that. they never say my pleasure they never say hello they never say thank you they look at you like you?re stupid and thatwonder why you?re even there. it is the worst Chick-fil-A I?ve never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A except this one. Placed an order via the drive thru tonight. My food was cold and my order was not correct. To make things worse I was given... extra cold fries. I went in to get fresh fries. The young man at the counter took my cold fries, gave them to the cook. Iwatched this young kid dump my fries back in the basket and place them in the grease. Take them out and hand the same container( which passed three folks hands ) back to the counter person to give to me. I asked are these new fresh fries Because theycame back so quick. The Mexican kid who dumped the fries back in the grease yells out yes. I was really angry, I knew he hadjust lied. I watched him dump those fries back in the grease. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Throw items away that comeback into the restaurant to keep us all safe. I did request a refund, I?ll never visit the Otter Creek location again. My goalis to make sure folks I know stay away from this location as well. Read more

Very busy location much like the other locations around the USA. Very large parking area to accommodate the bigger crowds at key... times. The interior entrance is designed to allow for a longer line without disrupting the seated guests. The seating area islarger than most. Outdoor seating is an option if you can handle the summer heat. Customer service here is top drawer. Foodquality is very good and on par with other locations. Address is off very busy route near a huge Bass Pro Shop just off I-30outside Little Rock. Read more
Such a cool setup inside. The order/pickup counters have a great layout. The high tables, chairs, and stools give the restaurant... a great feel. My 9 & 10 year olds like the new play area. Of course the food and service were up to the great CFA standards. Read more
Went to please my fast food loving Spouse. Was delighted to see the fresh flowers at every table ????. Definitely unexpected.... I would go back just to see the arrangements. Read more
