Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying. I ordered 2 ranches for my Cobb salad, and they gave me none. Also gave me... the wrong toppings for my Cobb salad. Had to remind them about my milkshake, and this is now the 3rd time I?ve either left therestaurant or almost driven off bc they?ve forgotten. Not mad, just slightly salted. Read more
Wish I lived closer to Cantrell location they always got it right. Was asked to pull up for a ice cup of water when I asked for... it on my order. And the lines are ridiculous they don't have enough people out here taking orders either. I come to Chick-fil-Abecause I expect fast and quick accurate service. I get that when I go to the Cantrell location but it's so far away from me orI would. On a strict time schedule working two jobs is hard to sit there and wait for something so simple. Read more
SUPER expensive now. Always has been more expensive than the rest of the restaurants but the prices have gone up again in 2022.... Spent over 50.00 in the drive through. I love their family values and the food is still good so I guess I will continue tosupport them. Read more
The food is good but the customer service is at its lowest. About one week ago I asked the male taking my order a question and... he got an attitude. At another visit I asked the woman at the window for things I requested for my coffee but didn't receive andshe also got an attitude. I normally visit this particular store because of the customer service but things have drasticallychanged. Read more
We stopped here to get my sister something and use the restroom on our way back to Arkansas. The staff was friendly, the... bathroom was clean and my sister said the food was hot and fresh. Nice job. Keep up the good work. Read more
Must have changed management. Took forever to get food. They went from 2 lanes to 1 lane for drive thru orders and 1 dedicated... to mobile orders only. Made the wait about 15 minutes longer. Got food and nuggets were soggy and cold. The Mac and cheese hadthis burnt crust mixed throughout it. I'll be back, but that was the worst experience I've had there since they opened thatlocation.
