The people are super nice and the sandwiches are always good. When I was there today, one of the sandwiches guys was literally... removing tomato slices that weren't up to par. They definitely have a focus on quality. No matter what sandwich you order, makesure you get some CPR on it. You can thank me later ???? Read more

Just like their location in Bryant, this restaurant is top notch! It's clean,the food is delicious, and their staff has... excellent customer service. They welcome you when you walk in the door, and Robbie will be sure to remember you each time youcome in. I honestly don't know how they could make it better. We've been looking forward to Jersey Mike's FINALLY coming to Little Rock, and our first experience there was really... disappointing. It was chaotic at lunch when we ordered and our group was wearing masks so maybe there was a failure tocommunicate...perhaps the young lady who prepared the sandwiches didn't hear what was requested, or maybe she didn't understandwhen we all said we wanted our sandwiches prepared Mike's Way/fully loaded, we meant we wanted them with onions, lettuce,tomatoes, vinegar, oil, spices, etc....Once we got home and opened our sandwiches all 4 of us realize we'd received sandwicheswith only 3 ingredients: bread, meat and cheese. SO DISAPPOINTING. But, to their credit, the 3 components that made up thesandwich weren't bad. It was just not what we wanted. If you go there: Don't step away to prepare your drinks. Don't step awayto wait patiently near the pickup area until it's all done. If you want it done right, make sure you stand right where you cansee your order being prepared the entire time. Read more
I eat here 3 times a week minimum for lunch. The staff knows my order and is always in a great mood. They stay busy but always... get through the line. This is the premier sub shop and the best staff. I never leave without a great meal and a greatexperience! Read more
