There were only two people working when I arrived just a few minutes before closing. I was not expecting the excellent service... I received. The two ladies were cleaning and it showed, the restaurant was clean and the open kitchen was clean and organized. I ordered the Thai-1-on wrap and a chopped salad. I watched the lady make my order and it was ready in less then five minutes. The price was right and I was on my way back to the hotel next door. This wrap was perfect. The salad was delicious and dressedjust right. I get to Little Rock every few months and I?m usually overwhelmed by the number of restaurants and the diversity offood available, but now I know exactly where to eat. I'm a disabled veteran. I walked into this establishment to use the restroom and order a couple of sandwiches. As I was looking... around for the restroom. The owner told me loudly to get out. I said I'm about to place my order for a sandwich. I was told toleave now! I will never go back to the place and urge other veterans not to go here. The first couple of times trying this place, the sandwiches were pretty good. I got the hint today that I probably shouldn't eat... here on Friday's because my food tasted like paper. Very dry and bland. There was only one lady working in the kitchen byherself and I assume she was struggling with preparing the food the way it is normally prepared. It was my first time and I will go back again. I was in the neighborhood at an appointment about a mile away, so I walked... there. When I arrived there were no customers, but the place was very clean and I love that it is on the avenue and there arewindows all around. There is plenty of seating and the customer service was great. The guy who took my order was helpful withsuggestions. He made and upsale, offering a drink and dessert. The lady that brought me my order was also friendly. You orderand pay at the register and the drinks are fountain, self-served. They hand you your dessert and drink cup at the register andyou choose your seat. There is a great menu selection. I had Thia-One-On. It was a wrap with spicy Thai chicken with Bok Choy.I also had the twice baked potato, sweet tea and a lemon square. Everything was good. It was a decent portion size that left mefull and satisfied. Great sandwiches! I had two different sandwiches here and both were great. My last one was the Garden and it was delicious!... Their sides are great too. Fast service, easy in person or online ordering, and very friendly staff. I will be back for more! Read more
This locally owned deli has been in the same location, serving stellar quality food since the 80s. The food is always excellent... quality, and gets to you quickly! Everything is delicious and fresh! Highly recommend - especially the Garden Sandwich!! Read more
I try to spend my money a family owned type restaurants... This is definitely one of those... It is a quaint little place which... seems to be well kept. I could not decide what to have so I had their 3 meat sub but I can't remember what it was called and thepasta salad. The sub was good it seem ed to be high quality and the pasta salad was ok. The service was good. I think it was atad pricey but that is ok . I was happy with the experience overall. Read more
First time visit. Got The Garden sandwich, potato salad, and a pecan bar. Sandwich was very good, cheese was melted,... mushrooms, sunflower seeds, and spinach pate was a great mix! Potato salad was excellent and pecan bar tasty. Will definetlyvisit again! Read more
