I went to the drive thru 11-19-22 and ordered a 12 piece meal. I was told ?we can?t do that. ? I asked what they could do and... was told they only had 4 pieces of chicken. No apology and no explanation! The young lady seemed very put out that she had toexplain anything. I feel the store should close if they don?t have any chicken to serve to their customers. Ordered thru the app caught an Uber to go pick my food up and was told they had no more chicken at 7pm after waiting in drive... thru 25 minutes tipped the Uber 20 bucks for waiting only to not get any fkn food Read more
We drove through the other day for a friend's birthday, his favorite meal is KFC. I ordered a 12 piece bucket, and the reply I... received was "I can't sell you 12 pieces." I said, "okay I'll take a 8 piece." "I can't sell you a 8 piece either.". So I askpolitely, "how many can you sell me?". The rude reply was "I can sell you 2 at the most.". Chicken wasn't done even though I waited 30+ minutes for it. It was a nasty greasy mess!!
Image is everything these days. I have been going to this KFC for a month (new here). How can someone order, if the display is... leaning towards the ground and food choices are not in the display case? If there are no menu options, what is the point inhaving a sign that says, "OUR BOX WORKS! STOP HERE"? The look affects the overall image of the KFC brand.
