Pretty nice little restaurant. They do not have table service. Food prep was slower than expected, but not intolerable. The... restaurant seemed clean. It is very small and a little dark. Read more

Okay, we moved here from Louisiana and we have been trying to find a cajun or close to cajun place to go eat at.... this was... pretty darn close! The food was so delicious! We still make the best gumbo and etoufee in our kitchen as any good cajun shouldbut this was great! The food had flavor, spice and just all around great presentation. We would definitely come back! When this restaurant 1st opened Around 7 or 8 years ago, their food was something to brag about. But the last time I went there,... I noticed a huge difference in their prices and the amount of food you get for your money. Tonight due to a serious craving forfried catfish and the lack of catfish restaurants to choose from in Little Rock, I made the mistake of giving them another try. Their customer service was just as poor as their food. You don't get greeted nor thanked for buying their overpriced food. For$14, I purchased a 3 piece catfish basket just to get this kids meal. ???? I do not plan on visiting their restaurant again. Read more

Stopped in just to try a couple of items friends had recommended. I went with the shrimp and grits and also purchased fried... calamari. Y'all...I made the mistake of tasting the calamari in the car. I almost ate the entire order. It's so fresh & theseasoning is better than Macaroni Grill's recipe. Now the shrimp & grits was a whole experience all by itself. There were subtlecheesy notes and the plump shrimp were cooked to perfection. The coup de grasse was the crumbled bacon that surprises you withflavorful crunchiness. My kids were hovering around me humming that they'd like one more bite. I thought y'all didn't likegrits?! My only recommendation is to put your to go containers on the floorboard of your vehicle. If you set it in the seat, butter could run into the bag during transport. Happy eating! Read more

Stopped by here during a visit to Little Rock as they offered something everyone in my crew would eat. I would describe it as... one of those hole in the wall type of restaurants and usually they are noted at being surprisingly good. The first thing Inoticed was most of the pricing seems reasonable, especially when their signs noted they sell U.S. farmed catfish, which hasgotten pretty expensive recently but those meals including it were fairly priced, in my opinion. I got the 3 meat plate andchose catfish, chicken wings, and calamari. The catfish was thin sliced fillets but they were meaty. The wings were good and sowas the calamari. My wife got the 3 piece catfish plate and enjoyed it. My daughter got the boiled shrimp and said it was good.My son got the kids catfish meal and it was more than enough for him and he liked it as well. Overall, not a bad spot for somefish and other items if you're looking for a spot to grab some. Read more

We read the reviews before ordering so we were pretty excited to try them. Especially coming from Louisiana and hurricane... Ida..we wanted something familiar. The food was bland . Everything tasted greasy or was greasy. Maybe we went on a bad day .Ialways believe in giving people second chances. I may try them out again before we leave to give my final decision. But as fornow not impressed. Read more
