Not enough staff. Way too long a wait when you come in to pick up your pizza. Or I've had happen twice where the pizza order... hadn't even come through! It's not the fault of the staff it's the fact that they are understaffed and don't have enough help! Read more
Got email saying order was ready? Couldn?t walk inside to pick up, door was locked with no sign. Sat in Drive through for 15... min, was told peppers just arrived, and pizza would be done in 4 min?. 15 min later pizza came out wrong. Re-make -20 min latercorrected?? Corporate should shut this location down. This franchise owner doesn't deserve to keep it just on the fact on how poorly it's... run. An employee, who is on the clock, opens a box of pizza in the back and starts eating. Kid working the counter is runningaround attempting to run orders. General chaos all around. People are waiting for online orders that should been ready half anhour ago. Should have never cheated on my Cantrell location. Bowman can't hack it. Read more
Horrible customer service, I came on a Sunday nfl game day so online orders trumps walk in so they had a 40 minute wait time on... pepperoni pizza, which I don't eat anyways, But still had to wait 7 minutes for cheese, no bread sticks, you would of thoughtthis place just opened up. I been coming here for years, Y'all don't how much product you need each game Sunday? Does itchanges on a Sunday basis, very unprofessional for a big Buiness to be so low on stock, when they know every football Sundaythey will have large amounts of orders. The dude working at the window was horrible he just kept running by the window notsaying a word, for 5 minutes before even telling me the issue. Yall have a lot of work to do at this location. Waited forever for my order? I only ordered stuffed crazy bread. I finally got it but no sauce and everywhere else sauce comes... with the stuffed crazy bread. I had to pay for the sauce separately and it was $1.10 for a sauce cup that wasn?t even full. Totop it off my SCB was over cooked. Won?t go back to this location at Bowman ever again! Read more
This was my first time trying little caesars, I always heard bad things. I was very impressed by the taste and amount for the... price, also the crazy bread was great. I will definitely be back. Got 4 pizzas and crazy bread for under 25$ that's awesome. Read more
I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, add jalapenos...I waited 7 minutes for it as it was special order, I didn't mind no... biggie ????. When the pizza came the h jalapenos we're in a separate takeout portion cup???? really?!! I paid extra forthat.??!! No thanks.. please remake.. the girl apologized.. ok things happen, not her fault.. so I think it's being re- made.Nope she comes back like 3 minutes later give me my pizza!! I open it up and the same jalapenos are on the pizza, but not reallycooked barely warmed up.. maybe microwaved or just put in the oven for a minute!! Where is the below zero star? If you like hood, illiterate, poor customer service, this is the place for you. I went to pick up... my online order, that black girl staired at me and switched off the lights- not a single word spoken- I drove to thedrive-through window, 2 black men ignored us and went on with their NBA argument.
