Visited this McDonald's for breakfast during a stay in Little Rock. I just got coffee but it was good. Everybody else enjoyed... their breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, and drinks. This location was especially busy but the service was fast. I ordered viamobile app. The staff member delivering our food was friendly and nice. Typical McDonald's with good service. Read more
I just stopped in to use the restroom. The store is clean, it looks like they have super fast service, in the Drive-Thru as well... as in the dining room. The restrooms were very clean. Read more
Absolutely the worst customer service a fast food restaurant could give a customer! Unfriendly, no courtesy, laziness, and just... an absurd and ridiculous experience all the way around! This location has put a terrible taste for McDonald's in my mouth theyreally need to fire whoever it is who answers the speaker and takes the order because he was for a lack of better words ignorantunprofessional and had an attitude for absolutely no reason when we're just trying to get dinner at a place that we enjoy eatingat but I guarantee you one thing I will never come back to this location because I'm so mad right now at the lack of respectthat I am going to reach out to corporate and figure out how to fix this because they need to know that whoever is working hereis running their business into the ground! Quick good service. Best McDonald's visit I think I've had yet. The cashier had a smile and seemed she was just happy which is... pleasant to see. Going into most McDonald's most of the time, is just a rush get in get out atmosphere and they guess your orderfor you. Here the cashier I had tonight was great. I Hope she gets recognition for it! So now that McDonalds has finally fix their ice cream machine discrepancies, they are serving partially filled cups of ice... cream. I purchase ?4? Carmel sundaes for a total of $10.60ish on today 8/13/22 @ approx 5:00p. After questioning why the cupswere not adequately filled, I was advised that their not allowed to fill the cups. Well, I would at least expect a sufficientamount for the price. Disappointed with the services rendered but hey, what should I have expected Its McDonalds not Chick FilA. SMH? Read more
Tried to order a 4 for 4, the order taker acted like they did not know what I was talking about. After 5 minutes of working... through the details, we get up to the window and they said $8.35. I asked why it was so high and they said I had ordered (2) 4for 4. I didnt, but I really didn't want to go through the hassle of changing the order. There were 3 people trying to get theorder taking right. They handed the card and receipt back to me without another word. Got up to the pick up window, got handedmy stuff , and they closed the window without any verbal communication at all. Food was as expected, but customer service wasseverely lacking. Read more
The kids love the huge play place. Employees came through pretty often to wipe down tables. I like the option to order through... the app (one of the happy meals was free because we ordered using the app), at the kiosk, or in-person. They brought our foodout to us and even asked if we wanted refills. The kids played for almost two hours in the giant play area and still wanted tostay longer. The one area that was pretty bad was the men's restroom, but I think that was more of a bad customer than poorcleaning because it was fixed quickly. It can be a tough area to get in and out of during rush hour, so just be aware. So, so,so much better than the McDonald's near us. I'd definitely come back to this location. Read more
We don't eat here a lot, most of the time if we do come to a McDonald's it will be for a drink or a coffee. Sometimes this place... can be good, but sometimes you'll have a bad, irritating experience. Just very few of the workers inside are nice, but a few arerude, and stuck up. Most of the time when we go through the drivethru, whoever is taking orders is real rude, immature, andshouldn't be working. But, abouf 80-90% of the time, whoever is handing you your order, will be pretty nice, and wont throw yourorder at you. We quit going through the drivethru, and started going inside. If the line is long, and can take a minute, but itjust depends on who is working the registers. Read more
