Tonight my girlfriend and I decided that we really wanted some McDonald's and some of their pies so we drove over to this... location and what I will say is our experience was near from great. This location is very close to us so it's very easy andconvenient to go and grab some food after work. When we got to this location we ordered a kids meal a side order of chickennuggets and 2 pies. we asked the gentleman through the intercom, if we could have our food fresh as well as two pumpkin pies. Wewere informed that the pumpkin pies would take about 15 minutes to bake so we decided that we wanted to apple pies instead. Whenchecked our bags and we saw that we never received our pies and they never charged us for them. The gentleman through theintercom argued it with us the entire time trying to tell us that he never asked us if we wanted the pies but my question is whywould we go through all this trouble if we never received them in the first place. His behavior and his tone was unprofessionalas well as his customer service. I believe that customer service should always be key while working anywhere but his was not onpoint at all tonight. If I was going off the quality of the food I would give more stars but because of the way that thisgentlemen went around things that is why I am sticking with only one star. I believe that the gentleman should have said I amsorry for what happened but he didn't. he told us that we would have to wait 15 minutes on top of the time that we were waitingfor our food as well as we had to pay for them, that is not okay and I hope that this situation will be solved. I stop at this store quite often for fuel, snacks and to visit McDonalds attached to the gas station. There's a young man that... works the first window who is very odd and annoying! He hangs out the window and makes really weird, rhyming comments to me.Half the time I can't figure out what he's talking about and have to ask him to repeat himself sometimes more than once. Well,this evening after church I went through the drive through to get some dinner for my sister and myself. The total was supposedto be $13.50 because we ordered the buy one, get one for $1. I handed Jesus two $5, three $1 and two quarters making $13.50 andhe closed the window. I went to the next one and the man said, "did you see the other guy"? I responded with yes, I paid him andhe closed the window so I came up here. He asked for the receipt that Jesus didn't give me. He stepped to the side, lookedtoward the back and said Jesus is messing up back there. Another man came to the window, said I didn't pay and that I had paidsomeone else's bill. By this time I was trying to figure out what was going on in there. I told him every thing I had said tothe other guy. He left, went to the back and came back with a woman. She said I owed her $7 more and then asked what I had paidfor so I repeated the whole thing again. So she said no, you didn't pay for your food and I said yes ma'am I did. She got angryand said now she was going to have to roll back to camera and see what happened. The first guy asked me to pull forward after Ihad handed them $20 and said I just wanted to pay for my food and make sure everything was ok. I pulled forward and went inside.I went to the counter and asked for the manager. She came, threw my $20 and the counter and said here's your whole $20 back! Shestomped away yelling and cussing, calling me names and saying I didn't pay. Terrible customer service, customer service is important, I bought some breakfasts and the one who took my order just told me... thank you, she didn't let me finish my order and when I said excuse me she didn't respond, she didn't even ask if, I neededanything else, the lady in the first window was super friendly the one in the second window a lady with glasses was Super rudedidn't say a word and closed the window without saying anything. I see that not only happens to me, two other friends and myhusband told me that something similar happened to them with this lady, super rude person, this report will go to the BBB. It was a pretty good experience. The staff is friendly and courteous, though there was one mistake on our order, it wasn't... anything to get upset over. Two of my nephews ordered 2 of the spicy chicken sandwiches. Read more

The employee at the counter was so rude,stood there with her hand on her hip. Asked her name,cause she had no name tag. She just... looked at me crazy. Then went over to that manager and said she was really rude about me.. And i have been several times sinceand nothing has improved, employees are still very rude and the food isn't up to McDonald's standard.. This McDonald's is probably the best one in town. I don't go to the one on Salem enough to know if they are better, but I know... Dave Ward and Skyline are not the best out of the four Conway locations. Sometimes the drive-thru takes a little longer than itshould but the food is always fresh. If I go in by the time I'm done making my drink my food is ready, everytime. Keep in mind Igo at night after dinner rush, so that may be a factor. I have a relative that works there and she likes her job and says thatthey are the best McDonald's when it comes to cleanliness and employees actually caring about the food and customer service theyprovide. The service at this location is terrible. The employees are never at the registers & I've usually had to say something to get... their attention. The atmosphere is not professional at all because employees are to busy talking to each other or on the phoneabout things that should be kept away gr work.
