I've been trying to use the mobile app to place an order from this location since it's the closest one to my home. But every... time I make it there they want to argue with me that they cannot find my mobile order, so I always change it to a nearbylocation and I go there with no problem. Their customer service sucks, especially if their raggedy technology can't keep up withthe day and age. Read more

Went through drive thru like normal and got my food and drink and looked in bag for my straw and felt something hit my shoulder... turns out it was the straw. They threw it at me and closed the window. This place is terrible and absolutely rude employees. Read more

Came in and sat in the drive-through on a Sunday evening about 10:15 pm Sat in line for over 20 minutes behind another car just... to be told after sitting there for 20 minutes that they were closed for the evening even though there's a sign that clearlysays that they close at 11 o'clock So I went in the following day to express my concern with management and and they took downmy name and number to call me at a later time that day to see how they could rectify my experience GUESS WHAT? These people are absolutely rude and apparently run by a bunch of racists. I had gone here last week with my girlfriend and her... friend and they had refused us service evidently because we are white and called us " A bunch of honkeys". Told us that theywere not going to serve us. Even the manager was involved with a few other employees and was cursing at us and telling us thatwe needed to pull out of line. We called Corporate and submitted a complaint. After Corporate had reviewed this incident theycould clearly see how absolutely rude and unprofessional they were all acting. We were then apologized to and informed thatthose individuals involved had been terminated due to this incident. Read more
