My wife and I quit going here some years back because we had moved further away and the constant turnover of the wait staff had... made service less than extraordinary. Sadly, this is yet another restaurant that has not managed to get out of thepost-pandemic rut they're in. The food was good, but the wait staff was almost non-existent. Not the worst restaurantexperience I've ever had, but definitely not where Mt. Fuji was ten years ago when it was one of the best Sushi places in LittleRock. Read more

Excellent sushi. Excellent service. I really should have explored the noodle options, they had some dishes I have never seen... most places. And I must say the ginger salad was probably the best I have ever had any place I have ever been. Something simpledone amazingly well. Had a really good roll, a new one. Wasn't sure how I would like the mango, but it was really good. Firsttime I can recall ever seeing this combination. Jamacan roll - spicy tuna, avacado, spicy crawfish, mango, crab salad, andmasago... Really good... I highly recommend this place. They also have a little "gift" shop with some unique items for sale inthe front. Read more

I lived in Japan for 21 years so I feel that I can be very objective with my review. The menu is pretty extensive and had many... offerings for different tastes. The food that I ordered here was mostly sashimi and sushi. I did order a few other items andsalads as well. The taste and presentation were very authentic. However the portions were not consistent with what was picturedon the menu. I felt that the price was quite expensive for what actually showed up on the table. This was especially true of theappetizers ( high price, small portion). The server was also in her own world. She walked by our table on many occasions withouteven acknowledging us. I had to ask a different server for water on several occasions. This is really unacceptable for theprice I paid for the meal. I am sorry, but I can't recommend this restaurant, and I will not be back. Read more

So, I am updating my review as of 10-22-21. We have been here 3 times since my initial review. I was giving this restaraunt... time to improve as it has been one of my favorites over the years. However, I has been declining each visit. I still give a 3star review as the food was good. It just isn't the same as items on the menu have drastically changed (see my pic of ahurricane roll and what it was previously). Too, the rolls were not made with the same quality as they were falling apart someplaces. Too, the waitress would buzz by us, not giving us time to ask for things we needed, she forgot one of our beverages, and one of our rolls was missed from the order. Read more

This is the best Japanese restaurant in the state of Arkansas in my opinion. It is very authentic. When my mother was still... alive this is where she liked to go and she was from Tokyo, Japan. Everything that I have tried here is delicious ???? Read more
