My family and I celebrated my mom's birthday at Ocean's and everything was perfect from the food to the service! Thank you... Jammil and Shell (sp?). Our server, was very attentive and patient and Jammil took great care of us! Some of the items weordered: calamari, spicy edamame, miso soup and sweet potato fries for starters. Entrees: Alex roll, bomb roll, tilapia, grilledchicken, fish and chips, and the chicken fettuccine. Literally everything was delicious ????. Really good seafood restaurants with an amazing sushi chef. Food was super fresh and tasted great. The bar area does have a TV... for sports but no sound to distract others dining. Was here when Arkansas won their sweet 16 game. Would mot have thought thatLittle Rock would have sushi at this caliber. Pruces were great on thwor rools. My wife have took me here on Saturday for an early Birthday Dinner. The staff was over the top and the food was outstanding. I... am very happy with Ocean's. The environment was quite amazing and very professional. The name has it all. I have been in a fewplaces. I love this place. We will be back. The prime rib was moist and not dry. I had the Walleye. Love how flakey the fishwas. Over all the experience was wonderful. And can't forget the drinks was nice and strong. We feel that we got our moneyworth. Thank you for being who you are. Read more

3 stars, only because they are mandating masks (BUT NOT FOR EVERYONE), even though AR legislature banned mandating masks in the... state. I stated that I had a medical exemption and was unable to wear a mask. The hostess grabbed a manager, who told me thatthey could not serve me without one. So, I complied. Everyone else in my party happily wore a mask. I wore a mask for the 10steps it took to get to my table, then was allowed to remove it. Meanwhile, a bar mitzvah is going down next door to therestaurant. Over the course of our meal, I witnessed at least two dozen people walk in and out of the building, from the barmitzvah to the restroom, ALL without wearing a mask, and NOT A WORD was said to any of them. The foot traffic from the unmaskedpartygoers was wayyy more than my trek to my table. If they are going to enforce masks, they should enforce for all, not pickand choose. The dining atmosphere was quite pleasant and relaxing. The amount of daylight that comes into the dining space was surprisingly... elegant. We ordered the salmon bowl and the Alex lunch special. The special was superbly delicious. Both my wife and I wouldorder it again. The restrooms were clean but located a good distance away from the dining area. We needed the wait staff?sassistance to find it. Our waitress became more attentive over the stay of our meal. I don?t think was used to a guest thatcould put away that much iced tea! Ocean's At Arthurs, food was pretty good. Waiter Marc was polite and waited on my wife and I without crowding or distance. But... he did upsell me on a few dishes. We ordered appetizer, dinner and ended with dessert. First time eating at Ocean's At Arthursand my wife was really excited about eating there. Nice ambience but I felt that we could have been separate more from otherpeople. Also my steak, the prime rib had so much fat on it. My wife had the Bourbon Chipotle and her steak didn't have anychipotle flavor on the steak, just the brussel sprouts. So I give it a 3 star. Read more
