Very disappointed with my experience today. Ordered 2 thin crusts pizzas like usual. Got home to feed my kids and both pizzas... were very extremely dry and hard. Too hard to bite through. Not edible!! I called to make manager aware of the condition ofthese pizzas and she continued to argue with me saying they were normal. Didn?t apologize for them or anything. After a fewminutes of going back and forth she put credit on my account but still continued to tell me this was normal. I know for a factit isn?t considering I used to manage a Pizza Hut. And this was the first time I had no good pizzas from this specific store.Usually my orders are always beyond perfect! This manager was not apologetic whatsoever. Not too long ago, I ordered a pie and was double charged on my account. Turns out half of the double was returned to the... bank. But today I ordered 2 large pies, and noticed two different box sizes when it got home. After opening both and having acouple slices, it hit me, why do I have different sized Large pizzas? First they delivered my order to the wrong house and then when I did get the remake it?s wrong. I ordered pepperoni, mushrooms,... black olives and pineapple and there are 0 black olives. Today must have been the normal delivery driver?s day off because sheis amazing and always gets our pizza here on time. Read more
