Popeyes is our favorite chicken place. No disappointment here. 4 pieces of chicken is cheaper than 2 pieces across the street.... I literally just came from across the street where I ordered 2 pieces and they did not have one of the 2 pieces that usuallycome with it. They said it would take 25 minutes to fry up. I saved money and got more pieces. The only problem is the piecesof chicken are shrinking or have gone on a diet. Read more

Always fast drive-thru, even when busy, in my experiences. Food has always been good, hot, fresh... though I've been denied... twice ordering two orders of "2 legs and a breast" due to it being 'too many legs/they don't have enough'. I never take the time to leave reviews, but this was one of the most disappointing dining visits I?ve ever had. The staff was... the very opposite of hospitable, there was zero sense of urgency, everything was messy, they were out of several options despitejust opening for the day, the soda machine was broke, when I went to the counter to ask for the things I was missing no one evenacknowledged I was standing there for 10 minutes, bathrooms were clearly not receiving maintenance, and the list just goes on.I?ve never seen a restaurant so poorly managed. I understand staffing is hard and they were busy but this went beyond a longwait, management should be doing everything differently. Read more

I took my family to the Popeye's on Markham and placed a drive thru order for a 10 piece family meal. 10 assorted chicken and 2... sides. For many reasons we check our order prior leaving. We noticed there were 9 pieces rather than 10 so we asked for the10th one. I had to count the chicken to the person to prove that in fact, it was their mistake, not ours. After they COMPLETED the order, we left to eat. After we got home I noticed some of the chicken was undercooked and bloody! People, if you don'tcare about your job at least to a minimum, work somewhere your incompetence won't make people sick!! Read more

I finally got a opportunity to try the chicken sandwich and it was huge. Much bigger than I thought. I swung through the... drive-thru and it was still steamy and hot when I got home. I got the original, but I think for a sandwich, it was way overbattered. The chicken was juicy and tasty. It was good, but I don't think I would make a regular thing out of it. Read more
