Prices have definitely skyrocketed!!!! Just by adding my 3 tender combo to my friend's order it went from less than $10 to $28.... I didn't know a combo ran $18....???? And the girl at the counter forgot my dipping sauce twice and then wanted to have anattitude when I had to go ask for it. Then acted like she was going to make me pay for it.... None of the tables were cleanedeven though it was dead. Literally 3 cars came thru while we dined inside and 1 other person came in and ordered something thenleft. Wasn't going to do this but now I am, after I've asked for a refund multiple times and I took back the chicken sides and... biscuits to show them. This chicken was cooked pulled out of the fryer and then recooked later it tasted rancid and very badalthough the people there were really nice to me their district manager or whoever authorized a refund must have canceled therefund after giving me a refund slip. I have the refund slip in hand never got it has been at least 3 weeks now I paid $47 someodd dollars I've called their corporate office and they said that their local facility has to help me. I'm kind of burnt out onPopeyes and kind of disgusted with the way they handled this . I don't think I'll be back for a long time sorry to other peoplethat work at the one on University but you got a bad review from me. Read more

Every time I've been here the food has been excellent and the service good as well. Honestly no complaints from me.

Would give no stars if I could. As a former Popeye's employee for 2 years I know these tenders have sat there for atleast 2... hours but was told they only sit for 15 minutes. Would not recommend going here. The lady at the window was nice but they coulduse a new manager if you ask me . The tenders were so old they literally crumbled to pieces.
