While passing through my family and I stopped for lunch. When we walked in the entire staff was Hispanic with very minimal... English speaking skills. It felt as if we were south of the border. The service was fast but our order was wrong...languagebarrier I suppose... they were out of BBQ sauce and the biscuit was dry and hard( maybe that's how they eat them in Mexico. If I could rate zero stars, I would. I went to this location and ordered a 8pc nugget meal. I requested that the food be made... fresh to order. When I received my food, I immediately noticed that it wasn?t fresh or decently warm. I requested fresh food andI was told that the food was made not long ago and that it was good for 30 minutes. The food was hardly warm and you could tellit had been sitting for a while. I was given a replacement. However, the replacement was worst than the first order. The chickennuggets were undercooked and cold and the biscuit was hard, as if it was microwaved on high. I went to the drive-thru andpolitely informed him that I did not receive fresh food and that the food was undercooked. The Hispanic male I spoke to had avery combative and rude attitude with me. He asked me very rudely if I wanted to wait 12 minutes after I had already waited forfresh food two times around. I politely told him I could not wait an additional 12 minutes after the hassle up to this point. Herudely says, give me your receipt and your food and proceeds to give me a refund. I am sharing my experience because I havenever experienced this kind of rude and unprofessional customer service anywhere to this degree. I will first say that the young woman who was taking our... order was very disrespectful and they did not have a very nice tone when they spoke to us through the intercom.
