First of I want to say that the lady who helped me was extremely wonderful to deal with. Now then first off the credit card... machine wouldn't take my card, after more than a few attempts we tried resetting it, still no. Then we finally got my food paidfor, I ordered 20 spicy chicken tenders and they had to cook them 2 times cause they didn't make any spicy ones, after another10 minute wait I finally got my food and left got home only to find they were NOT spicy. *Sigh* Read more
Chicken tenders were cold, tasted old and hard to chew. 11/4/22 tried this location again. Same result. The mashed potatoes and... macaroni were horrible, The biscuits felt like it was frozen and, the chicken tasted old. Yes, I ate the because, time didn?tallow me to go anywhere else. Never again. I like the chicken here at Popeyes and the sweet tea is great. Restaurant was clean..it wasn't crowded...r order was taken... correctly. The only thing that kind of put me off was the cashier made u feel like u was bothering her. She was more like arobot doing a job. Other than that it was ok. Read more
I'm always looking for good food for a good price and I find Popeye's to be that kind of place. Always close and pretty quick... service. Don't get it twisted, they're no saints but most are courteous. Read more
This visit was pretty good I'd have to say. I ordered the 2 piece combo with mash and everything was good. The chicken was hot,... fresh and crispy. I just wish they would bring back my favorite side item, the Cajun rice. Read more
Good was good customer service was poor. The cook took my card at window, made a drink for herself, the girl that took my order... I could here her talking about whatever she was talking about, the manager was handling the front. The girl that took the orderhanded it to me as if it was a grab and pull off. I came in for a quick meal with my kids. They greeted me and I started my order with a young cashier who seemed to struggle with... the register but she was being sweet and apologetic. The person bagging food was a middle aged black woman who was being veryabrasive. I noticed they rang up the wrong thing, and repeated my order. The older employee was fussing at me that it didn'tmatter what was rang up because she would give me the right food. But the total was very high. I said but I don't want to paymore than what I am ordering. She got upset and was yelling that she didn't want to do a void. I said, but I don't want to paymore than I owe. So I paid the bill which seemed extremely high. Asked for receipt. It was rung up as 4 kids meals instead of 2and more expensive meals than what I ordered. So now I needed the manager for a refund. Now the aggressive employee was slammingstuff, rolling her eyes and fussing. The manager apologized and said she couldn't refund to my card, so she gave me cash refundinstead. I was saying this is not right to have your employee yelling at customers just because they don't want to pay for stuffthey didn't get. She came and apologized saying she would fire her but she couldn't say much because she was short staffed. Sheexplained she was new management trying to weed out poor employees but needed the bad employees for bow. I said but I am nothere to get people fired. I just wanted a meal and to pay what's fair. I was fine and then that employee stared making fun of meto the next customers who were shaking their heads, muttering "white people", since they hadn't actually seen the whole issue.The manager seemed very embarrassed but not authoritative and didn't take the employee aside or stop her from yelling.
