I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru because they had all the stalls inoperable. They were drive thru only. Then when placing... my order, I chose a number 4 the bacon cheeseburger toaster but when she said it had bbq on it I opted for a number 3. Asupersonic bacon double cheeseburger. Well, the lady seemed to be in a hurry to leave for the night so she didn?t even smilewhen providing window service. Then I pulled into a stall to eat only to realize that I got that bbq burger anyways. Soinevitably, this quick burger run has turned into at least a 30-40 min debacle. The staff did take it back and make the rightone but it goes without saying that service sucked tonight. Read more

I will drive out of my way and pass 2 other Sonic Drive-ins just so I can have the wonderful and friendly service at this store!... My worst experience here is still leaps and bounds better than my best experience at the location that is walking distance frommy house. The food is always fresh, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly. The few times I have been inside the storewas neat and clean. Trash is always picked up outside and the trash cans are hardly ever overflowing with trash. Read more
