I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru because they had all the stalls inoperable. They were drive thru only. Then when placing... my order, I chose a number 4 the bacon cheeseburger toaster but when she said it had bbq on it I opted for a number 3. Asupersonic bacon double cheeseburger. Well, the lady seemed to be in a hurry to leave for the night so she didn?t even smilewhen providing window service. Then I pulled into a stall to eat only to realize that I got that bbq burger anyways. Soinevitably, this quick burger run has turned into at least a 30-40 min debacle. First time I've ever been to the sonic. I used the app to order with so I got a half price slushie but the one person I did see... was very friendly and brought my order is rapidly as she could. Read more
I will drive out of my way and pass 2 other Sonic Drive-ins just so I can have the wonderful and friendly service at this store!... My worst experience here is still leaps and bounds better than my best experience at the location that is walking distance frommy house. The food is always fresh, the service is fast, and the staff is friendly. The few times I have been inside the storewas neat and clean. Trash is always picked up outside and the trash cans are hardly ever overflowing with trash. Read more
This particular Sonic is hit or miss for consistency and quality. Fries are usually poor(not hot or crispy) and burgers are... sloppy, hard to eat. For me personally, I'll get the every day special double cheese burger and a classic strawberry shake.Shakes are always good. Read more
If I could give a minus 5 stars that is what this location would have been rated. It was a 15 min wait for 2 soda drinks, Onion... Rings, and Cheese sticks. Two of my cheese sticks were frozen solid in the middle the others cold inside. That was not a bigdeal to me because sauce makes everything better but they did not put the sauce in the bag so we called twice to ask for someduring a 28 min time frame. Cars on each side of us were replaced twice and getting orders so someone could have brought it outwith those orders. Finally I went in myself and there was the sauce right by the front door so I retrieved my sauce and went onmy way. Horrible customer service and quality of food. Drive another 10 mins down the road to a different location if you wantbetter service. Read more
S A N D playground made it so much fun for my kids. My daughter did an angel on the ground, my kids took off their shoes and had... a great time. They have lights for the kids to keep enjoying even in the dark. Great service from all Sonic???? Read more
The service was fast, and my burger was good. The fries left me a little wanting, but were good none the less.
