Ordered a burger that was half off on the app and stated that I did not want mayonnaise on it and the burger came out with just... that on it. I spoke with three different employees before I had to get out of the car and walk to the door to speak with amanager (Lacy- pink hair ) was very rude and disrespectful. Stated that she would not remake the burger because she would losemoney. When speaking to her I stated that I was indeed allergic to mayonnaise and she still did not care. Thank god I looked atthe burger before biting into it because that would?ve been a lawsuit for you. The store number is 2386 for anyone who has hadthe same encounter. Read more

I?d give 0 stars if I could. My card was charged for my meal and someone else?s. I have to print out my bank stmt and go back... up there to get it corrected. Unbelievable, they mess up and I?m inconvenienced! Read more

Ordered online via app and when arrived I checked in and entered stall number. I had ordered my food ASAP since I was close. ... The screen said someone was on the way. No one never came. Twenty minutes later I Had to knock on door to get order whichthey promptly handed to me. Of course burger and fries were cold. If they wasn?t going to bring it they should have told meand I would have gotten it sooner but to say nothing is UNACCEPTABLE! Granted it was 45 min before closing and drive throughline was long. All they had to do was tell me. When I pressed the button no one answered. Cold food waste of money and time. Not the way to do business. Read more

Went here last night around 9, the system was down but one of the mangers(didnt get her name) let me order my drinks. When she... came out she explained she was basically was about to go home but then the guy that was supposed to stay for her changed hismind. You could tell she was frustrated but she jus kept stating she didnt wanna lose her job so she was gone do what she had todo. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE plus some!!! Like i said didnt get her name but she had black hair and glasses, smaller build.Realize you got a good employee before she up and move on to better things !!!! Read more
