Stopped for just ONE DRINK. Looked like there were at least 4 people working. It took OVER 32 minutes to just get ONE drink. The... workers were standing around and talking to each other. The lady parked next to me hit the button again to ask where her drinkand corn dog was. Absolutely ridiculous. Management, you all need to have a meeting or something. That was the WORST service Ihave ever received from a Sonic. Read more
I order a drink through the app almost every morning on my way to work. I choose ASAP and check in as soon as I pull in. It... consistently takes 15+ minutes to get one drink. Should I ditch the app? This is ridiculous. Read more
Not really a go to libe there drinks food not always fresh but it's something quick if I don't wanna cook
Ordered through the app at 7;23. Not a complicated order. Burger, tots, drink. Arrived on site and checked in at 7:25. Was... wondering why it was taking so long at 7:45. Pushed the button to check and was told my order was coming out "in a second." At8:03, the order arrived and was wrong. Not great. Read more
My friend and I walked over and it was nice . Staff is always so pleasant and attentive , but not over zealots . Busy place but... they handle it gracefully Food is always good on taste and packaged well . Easy to carry but hand a few blocks. I can'tcomplain. Read more
Slowest sonic in Arkansas. Waited 10 minutes in drive thru and line never moved. Moved to a stall. Waited 5 more minutes for... them to take my order. 1 shake and one blast. Waited 10 more minutes and called back to ask if they were bringing it. Finallycame 5 minutes later. Shake was half whipped cream and blast was not cold and melted. Read more
Amazing experience! ??This Sonic was so busy, and the drive thru speaker wouldn't work. The young man taking my order came out... to my truck window, and took the rest of my order in a very professional manner. The kind staff inside were very fast atpreparing our $30+ order. I left with my friends amidst the lunch period of my high school and I order a medium blue raspberry slush yet I receive a... minuscule amount of syrup equating to a "gray like" slushee. It tasted as dry as the Sahara desert and as if there was sandpaper in my mouth. I expect the utmost service from an established prestigious multimillion fortune 500 enterprise but I wasdisappointed.
