Just don?t go there.
Staff isn?t focused and rude. I have gone here multiple times and the experience keeps getting worse. First time, I was told... nothing was in stock and they couldn?t make anything. 2nd time they forgot to make my drink since they were talking to otherworkers about personal stuff?.finally got it 15 min later. 3rd time blonde hair lady was rude and not friendly at all. She tookmy order and rushed everything then asked me again what I ordered. She?s attended me each time and never smiling just rude. Read more
Everything was perfect, but we had to wait in order to be served. Please consider that the employee may be on a break.
I went to Starbucks on 3/6/21 @ 8:15 PM I was shopping at Target and decided to go for a Coffee . My child is a minor . And the... lady at Starbucks refused to assist her. She said that she couldn?t help her because she didn?t have a mask . So my daughter gother mask. She then went and stood in line again, and the Barista once again refused to assist . We were wanting to get 3 caramelfrappes and 3 cake pops. She said there was no whip cream , there was no caramel , and no cake pops. She then went to say thatshe couldn?t make me anything because she didn?t have anything in store anymore. That?s really unprofessional because I getStarbucks every other day , I?m a regular customer and we have never been treated this way . They didn?t have the chocolate croissant or any egg white bites, the lady that helped me with the shaved hair on the side was... very rude and didn?t seem to care about anything. Read more
Clean, Air Conditioned, and casual. As I sit here I can hear the friendly interactions between employees and guests. The... employee remembered a customers name from a previous visit which tells me that they care about more than just selling a cup ofJoe. Great little Starbucks located inside of a target superstore. Fast and friendly service with plenty of seating. They also sell... cupholders for your target shopping cart so it will hold a Starbucks coffee cup easily while you shop. This location doesn?thave all the menu items of a full Starbucks. Read more
