Wow this was the worst attitude i never expected from a starbucks employee. Tall black guy in sunglasses, first made us wait for... no reason whatsoever, then as we were walking away since he would not even acknowledge us he asked what we want. Ok, i named twodrinks, pretty simple, tall pink drink and tall strawberry creme, he just stared with me with his hands on his hips. Stood in line for 5 minutes at 7:45 p.m. finally got up to the counter at 7:50 to be informed by the ridiculous barista that... they were closed and would not serve me. It says online you close at 9:00. I told her all I wanted was a black cup of coffee andshe rudely informed me that they closed at 8:00 and she would not serve me to have a good night. Spoke to the management at theTarget where this location is inside of but apparently nobody knows or can do anything about it. Not a huge fan of Target as itis but certainly would not visit the Starbucks location ever. Read more
I love Starbucks but I got directions to 3 different ones this day. All were closed way earlier than what Google said and one... location wasn't even there anymore. I can't remember which it was. Ugh! Read more
Just did drive-through (~ 10:50 AM) and encountered the kindest, most efficient server ever! She patiently waited as I was... getting text from my daughter with her coffee order, even wrote ?#1 Mom? on my lid! Didn?t catch her name, unfortunately, butshe made my day!!! Read more
For the past 3 months I have asked for sweet cream foam and they are always out, now they don?t even have whipped cream. 80% of... their drinks have WHIPPED CREAM. It?s ridiculous. When you are paying almost $10 a drink and it is located inside a GROCERYSTORE it?s really unacceptable! Get it together Starbucks on Chenal! ???? Read more

Worst experience I?ve ever had at a Starbucks(even one inside Target). The baristas on duty today were some of the rudest bland... people I?ve ever been around. I didn?t receive a greeting, nor a ?how may I help you?? Everything I said or asked, the twoemployees seemed as if just me speaking was inconveniencing them. I had a very simple order and I wasn?t complicated. I knowsometimes people can be rude and complicated but I wasn?t. I only wanted a white chocolate mocha frap and a dark roast coffee.Neither of them said a word except that they only had toasted which was fine. I asked for cream and sugar. They never onceacknowledged my existence and when they did, they were rude. I just don?t understand how people can treat people the way theydo. I?ve worked in food and retail for years and I don?t think I?ve ever acted like that. I will be calling a manager. Read more
