Total rip-off!! Drove thru today and ordered meal (6? sandwich, small drink & chips) with $6.49 coupon I had in hand which said... it was good until 11/2/22. Was told their system would not accept coupon and I was made to pay $10.62. I asked who I could speakto about situation and was told ?I don?t know?. Asked for corporate number and was told ?I don?t know?. Asked what I wassupposed to do about false advertising and was again told ?I don?t know?. I assume they had not programmed their system for thediscount code. Nonetheless not my fault and I feel I should have received apology or discount on future purchase. Yesterday, I realized just why I?ve subconsciously never ordered via the app at this location though it is closest to my home. I... ordered a 12? sub but was given a 6? instead. I had to inconveniently leave the drive-thru and proceed inside to advise theemployees of this error. No apology was ever provided. Instead the employee stated, ?Oh, glad you caught it.? Why wouldn?t I?catch? something that I?d paid for? Anyway, once the employee was done making the other half of my sub, he proceeded to attemptto ring me up, to which I stated, it?s already been paid for. I?m not sure what goes on at this location that would precludeemployees from following simple instructions, but I?m not impressed and won?t ever order via the app here again. Read more

This was a really good experience. Great experience. Really nice folks, who didn?t mind at all when we kept changing our mind... on what condiments we wanted on our three sandwiches. It?s rare to eat fast food and to actually feel full and feel that wehad some really tastefully good food. Everything was perfect. Even the cookies we got (macadamia nut) were to die for. Just areally good meal. Would recommend this location to anyone who likes subway sandwiches. Read more
Employees had a hard time understanding my order when I had to explain it to him four times. They had to bring in another... employee to try to get him to understand what I was saying by the time they were done with my sandwich it was nothing butlettuce pickles and bread it was awful and I paid a lot of money for my order when I got home I actually called the store theyapologized nothing more they didn't even acknowledge to want to redo my order just apologize and hung up on me I will never eatat this restaurant again I'm begging anyone get prepared you're going to be eating bread and salad everything else is extracharge they won't tell you till you've already starting to pay for your order by then it's too late Read more
