Had a night Saturday out with friends & came across this place. The outdoor venue was beautiful. Also, the staff was amazing ,... especially Faith. They allowed me to bring my dog with us outside as well. She provided him water and also made him feel apartof our dinner which no one has ever done. The pizza was hot and fresh. Wine was nice. Ranch was awesome! Overall, it was alovely experience. I will definitely return! Read more
Faith was our waitress and she was excellent. Customer service was great-probably some of the best customer service I?ve had.... Food was good and hot- didn?t take that long to come out either. Will definitely come back and will recommend to others! Read more
Hello I am a homeless Veteran who worked for The Pizza Cafe for almost a week before I was admitted into the hospital for a... emergency procedure. After being released from the VA Hospital a week later, I returned to my second job place. Upon return tothe Pizza Cafe, I was treated like the 1st Covid-19 patient probably felt like. This has been one of my favorite spots to get agood pie/beer combo, but after being this way I would not recommend the fake smiles for anyone. Good pizza. Ordered pick-up. Nothing extraordinary about it. It was thin, crispy, tasted good, crust was nice. I wouldn't go out... of my way to purchase this over other options but I wasn't disappointed. If you haven't tried it I'd recommend it at least oncebut if you didn't... you weren't really missing out. It's good, just nothing noteworthy to keep me desiring to come back. Read more

We came here as they were on the Arkansas Times Best of the Best and we wanted to try something new. The staff was pleasant. ... The dining room and restrooms were clean. That being said, it took nearly an hour to get our food. They were busy with takeoutorders and we were patient. Two beers and a water refill later, we received the pizza. I?ve, honestly, had better day-oldfrozen pizza. The cheese was burned, the toppings were minimal and the crust was so hard you literally could not eat it withoutdamaging your gums. Well past the hunger threshold and knowing we couldn?t wait another hour, we pushed through the pizzaflavored cracker rather than complain. Perhaps this was an anomaly but based on a combination of the ingredients andpreparation, we not only do not recommend the establishment, we will actively discourage friends and family from taking thechance of a similarly waste of money and ruined meal. good vibes, nice staff. bit of a wait even in non-rush hours, and pizza was a bit better than average. too pricey for what we... got, though. crust was too crunchy, and cheese was slightly overcooked. sauce was bland, but fix those three things and you havea great pizza! would not visit again, but i would say it was very close to being worth the price and wait.
